As the primary industry in China,agriculture not only supports the survival and development of human society,but also is the basis for the stable development of all other production departments,and is an important guarantee for the continuous progress of the whole national economic construction.Since the eighteenth congress will focus on the green development,efforts to promote resource conservation,environmental friendly,ecological conservation and product high quality of agricultural green development,but agricultural resources approach,non-point source pollution and ecosystem degradation,agricultural green development in our country is slow and unbalanced situation.Therefore,to propose and analyze the regional difference of agricultural green development for promoting agricultural modernization.The text makes a detailed analysis of agricultural green development in China,considering the availability of data required in this paper,31 provinces and regions from2004 to 2019 were selected for analysis.First of all,through the brief analysis and grasp of the development of agricultural green in China on the whole,the input and output indicators to measure the green agricultural production efficiency are constructed,and considering the influence of the external environment,the SBM-DEA three-stage method is selected to measure the agricultural green production efficiency.Then the spatial gravity model and social network structure analysis method were summarized the spatial correlation characteristics of agricultural green development,and divided the31 provinces in China into four regions,and the Tyre index was used to study the difference of agricultural green production efficiency from the overall level of China and the four regions.Finally,the panel data regression model was used to analyze the significance affecting the agricultural green production efficiency of the country and each region,so as to clarify the effect of each factor on the efficiency value.By measuring the efficiency values in the three-stage model,It can be concluded that in 2004-2019,the green agricultural production efficiency in China generally presents a "N" type change trend,And there are significant regional differences,Agricultural green development effect in southwest China and northwest China is obvious;After performing the spatial association analysis and the regional differences analysis,It is found that the spatial network structure of agricultural green production efficiency has obvious agglomeration characteristics and shows three dense areas;After social network analysis with UCINET software,the correlation of agricultural green development divided 31 provinces in China into four regions,Using the Thil index,It is concluded that the regional difference of Chinese agricultural green production efficiency is gradually narrowing,The overall development imbalance is mainly caused by the regional development differences,The tyre index has changed significantly in North China and northwest China,Its agricultural green development has achieved great results,Make the regional difference significantly narrowed;Finally,according to the analysis of the influencing factors,the level of infrastructure and financial support for agriculture all showed positive promotion effects on the agricultural green production efficiency value of the whole country and the provinces in each region,Industrial structure,urbanization level,agricultural per capita income level and rural human capital have a positive impact on agricultural green production efficiency at the national level,However,the effects on different regions show differential effects that hinder or promote,Natural disasters are the main factor hindering the improvement of the efficiency of green agricultural production.Under the background of green development becoming our basic national policy,the content of this research has strong times and practical.Improve SBM-DEA three stage method can be more accurate measure agricultural green production efficiency,and focus on the green production efficiency space relationship and regional differences,can comprehensively and carefully to grasp the development status of agricultural green and regional differences,easy to coordinate the balance of agricultural green economy development,promote the construction of a new era of ecological civilization.
