| Since the 1980 s,the deep-sea squid fishing industry has become an important component of China’s deep-sea fisheries and is currently one of the industries with the highest fishing yield in China.Although China has obvious advantages in squid production,there are still many shortcomings in squid processing.The pre-treatment and processing of squid in China mainly adopts manual methods.Starting from the current problems in the squid processing industry and based on the actual needs of the squid processing market,this article proposes a design concept for squid processing equipment that is in line with China’s actual situation,with a focus on breaking through the difficulties of low efficiency and poor quality in squid processing.Propose a highly efficient and integrated equipment for squid dissection,tail removal,and visceral meat separation.In this paper,the Peru squid and Argentine squid provided by the enterprise were taken as the research objects,and their external dimensions,body compression,cutting force and visceral stripping force were measured.According to the requirements of squid cutting,tail removal and dirty meat separation process,the whole machine scheme and structure design of the processing equipment were carried out,and the design of five mechanisms,including squid supporting mechanism,neck holding mechanism,tail fin removal mechanism,cutting mechanism and dirty meat separation mechanism,was completed.In the specific design of each mechanism,the squid supporting mechanism and clamping mechanism are used to fix the squid to facilitate the processing of the squid;The tail fin removal mechanism is composed of alloy blades installed at the lower part of the supporting mechanism,which is used to remove the tail fin of squid;The cutting mechanism adopts the downward cutting method that the squid cutter is installed at the lower part of the squid to cut the squid evenly;The dirty meat separation mechanism realizes the dirty meat separation of squid through the coordination of the conveying mechanism,the neck clamping mechanism and the profiling dirty meat separation shovel.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the design of the squid cutting tail removal and dirty meat separation equipment,the statics analysis of the key parts of the equipment was carried out to verify the rationality of the equipment;The modal analysis of the key mechanism of the equipment is carried out to determine the resonance frequency that the motor needs to avoid and ensure the safety of the equipment.At last,the prototype test was carried out,and the squid processing test was carried out on the squid cutting tail removal and visceral meat separation equipment,which verified the rationality of the mechanism design.The experimental results show that the equipment for removing the tail and separating the visceral meat of squid can achieve the functions of removing the tail fins,cutting and separating the visceral meat of squid. |
