Rural Tourism Development In Chaling County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

People’s living standards are improving with time going on,and the social economy is developing as well.Thus,rural tourism market becomes larger and larger.It has gradually become an important component of the tourism industry and is increasingly favored by the majority of tourists.Nowadays,China’s tourism industry is developing rapidly,and rural tourism remains attractive.The government provides preferences as well as preferential policies to agriculture,farmers and rural areas during the agricultural production promotion process.Such strategy can speed up the rural revitalization aspiration.Chaling County has a very long history,coming with beautiful environment and rich natural resources.It is also the birthplace of tea culture and the gathering place of red culture.In recent years,Chaling County has attracted tourists from all over the country with its strong business publicity and strong support from the local government.Although Chaling County’s rural tourism development is in full swing today,several problems are still unignorable.With the improvement of living standards,the requirements of the tourists on tourism quality are being enhanced.However,Chaling County’s tourism conception is not very suitable to the needs of tourists on various aspects recently.Normal sightseeing can no longer meet the requirements of tourists.They are looking for deep-seated tourism experience.As a result,there is a gap with tourism in Chaling County and the current tourism trend.Meanwhile,the rural tourism model of Chaling County is not well enough.Efforts need to make in the integrated development of "tourism+",cultural production and brand value.In order to solve these issues,a large number of domestic and foreign theories are studies,as well as several typical cases in this paper.A novel analysis method,based on the nine-screen resource analysis method in TRIZ innovation theory,has been utilized to make a systematic and in-depth analysis of rural tourism resources in Chaling County.This paper analyzed its rural tourism resources from three dimensions.Chaling County has been considered as the existing system.Then the existing system,its sub-system and super-system resources are studied.Furtherly,SWOT analysis has been applied to analyze Chaling County’s internal advantages.The impact of competitors and the threats from the external environmental changes are also considered in this thesis.The analysis result indicates that the regional advantages of the Changzhutan city group can be relied on.And allied with the super system area,Chaling County can construct a comprehensive tourism resort.This paper proposed six suggestions in order to promote Chaling County’s rural tourism development,which are scene spirit construction,industrial convergence promotion,production system optimization,wisdom tourism development,in-depth cultivation of talents and strengthening the party leading.The basic principle is insisting the characteristics of Chaling black tea and Chaling Sanbao,as well as the foundation of tea culture and red culture.The objective is upgrading the traditional rural tourism to rural leisure tourism,and promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in old revolutionary base areas,with the leadership of red culture.
