| In the trend of economic globalization,high benefit,derivatives of strong,high value-added,green sustainable the development of cultural creative industry to become the attention object,in some countries or regions or even become a pillar industry,it is a development prospect of the entity industry,more to a certain extent,reflects the national soft power,has become the important sector in the international economy.Creative product trade,as the largest part of creative industry trade,has developed rapidly in recent years and the demand is rising.As a big exporter of creative products,China has a rich history.In recent years,the export scale of creative products has grown rapidly,playing an increasingly important role in international trade.However,China’s creative products are mainly labor-intensive and low value-added low-end products.In addition,industrial development imbalance,export market concentration and other problems have seriously restricted the development of China’s creative industry and the improvement of international competitiveness.Therefore,the study of the internal growth mode of China’s export of creative products plays an important role in seeking a reasonable export growth mode of creative products,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of creative industry,improving product quality and international competitiveness of the industry.At present,researches on trade growth are mainly carried out in two ways: the whole growth and the decomposition of the whole.Among them,the dual marginal theory is widely used in the study of trade growth,that is,the total trade is decomposed into intensive marginal and extended marginal to further explain the source of trade growth.In order to explore the main sources of the export expansion of Creative products in China,this thesis makes a dual decomposition of the export of creative products in China by referring to the method of Hummels and Klenow(2005),and calculates and analyzes the dual margin of the export of creative products in China from 2007 to 2018 from four different levels.Then,based on the theoretical framework of Chaney(2008)and the attributes of creative products,an empirical analysis is made on the factors influencing the dual margin of creative product export.The conclusion are as follows: First,from the overall growth,the dual margin of export of creative products in China shows a trend of fluctuating growth,in which the overall increase of the intensive margin is much greater than the expansion margin,export growth is mainly driven by the intensive margin,in most years,the contribution of the intensive margin is as high as 90%.Secondly,from the point of export markets,China’s creative product export market mainly concentrated in developed countries or areas,in recent years,our country market emerging markets in developing countries or regions is gradually increasing,ease export market imbalances.Third,the export of creative products in China is mainly labor-intensive and low value-added,such as handicrafts,and the export product structure is unbalanced.Fourth,the level of economic development and system quality of the destination country or region,bilateral geographical distance,bilateral cultural distance,intellectual property protection of the destination country or region,technological innovation capacity,real exchange rate,have a significant impact on the intensity margin.The level of economic development,technological innovation ability,bilateral geographical distance,cultural distance,real exchange rate and economic shock of destination country or region have significant influence on expansion margin. |
