Cultural and creative industries are favored by countries around the world due to their high added value, low energy consumption and green and sustainable characteristics. As the largest part of the trade proportion of cultural and creative industries, cultural and creative products have been in great demand and rapid development in recent years. However, most of its export products are labor-intensive low-end products, and its development mode belongs to the "quantity first" "rough" growth mode.In the industrial transformation period when China steps into the "new normal",the export growth of China's cultural and creative industries is extremely vulnerable to the impact of economic policy uncertainty. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of economic policy uncertainty on the duality of cultural and creative products in China. This paper studies the export data of cultural and creative products from China to26 trading partners from 2007 to 2017.First of all,on the basis of all the data to analyze the current situation of our country culture creative products, found that while its exports of high-speed growth, but is given priority to with low value-added export of labor-intensive products, slowing growth in exports to developed markets, export of labor-intensive products in developing countries share slow growth or even fall. After further analysis of commodity structure,it is found that the main reasons are as follows. On the one hand, due to the increase of labor cost in China, cultural and creative products lose their price advantage in developed countries, resulting in a decline in market share. On the other hand, after the transformation of China's cultural and creative industry, the demand for some original mid-range products in developing countries is increasing day by day. Then, the mechanism of economic policy uncertainty is analyzed to determine its negative impact on the binary marginal of China's cultural and creative products. Finally,in order to further clarify its role, empirical analysis is adopted to study, and the results show that economic policyuncertainty has a negative impact on the intensive margin and the extended margin of China's cultural and creative product export.According to the economic development of the sample countries, further analysis shows that the uncertainty of China's economic policy has a significant impact on the binary marginal value of exports to developing countries, and a not a significant impact on the intensive marginal value of exports to developed countries, also not a significant impact on the extended marginal value.
