Objective:This study used acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)and dialectical behavior therapy(DBT)to compare the intervention of adolescent non-suicidal self-injury,in order to explore the effect of acceptance commitment therapy on non-suicidal self-injury.therapy offers a new alternative to psychotherapy.Methods:24 patients with non-suicidal self-injury were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received acceptance commitment therapy intervention, the control group received syndrome differentiation behavior therapy intervention, intervention once a week, each time for90 minutes, lasting for 8 weeks.Self-designed Social Demographic Questionnaire,Adolescent Non-suicidal Self-injury Assessment Questionnaire(ANSAQ),Acceptance and Action Questionnaire(AAQ-II),Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire-Fusion(CFQ),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery(MCCB)were used to measure and evaluate the patients before, during and after the intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention.Using SPSS26.0 software to analyze the data, when P < 0.05,the difference is significant, with statistical significance. Results:The time effect was significant in HAMA,HAMD,ANSAQ and CFQ of the two groups, but the interaction between treatment effect and time effect was not significant. The AAQ-II and time effect of the two groups were significant, the treatment effect was not significant, and the interaction between treatment effect and time effect was significant. The level of empirical avoidance in the ACT group was more lower than that in the DBT group.Conclusion:1.Both ACT and DBT can effectively alleviate the self-injury behavior of patients with non-suicidal self-injury.2.Both ACT and DBT can effectively reduce the level of anxiety and depression in patients with non-suicidal self-injury.3.Both ACT and DBT can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with non-suicidal self-injury.4.ACT and DBT can effectively improve the psychological flexibility of patients with non-suicidal self-injury,and their effects are the same.Specifically in the improvement of empirical avoidance, the long-term effect of ACT is better. |
