Research On The Artistic Characteristics Of Lusheng And Traditional Sheng From The Perspective Of Comparative Musicology

Sheng,a traditional reed instrument in China,has a long history.In ethnic minority areas,Lusheng music has gradually developed and formed a combination with dance art,which is related to the artistic performance form of singing and dancing of ethnic minority people.In areas other than ethnic minorities,the traditional Sheng music has developed to a certain extent.It has gradually formed a separate performance form of Sheng music,mainly accompanied by traditional quyi music and opera music.However,in fact,there are relatively few Sheng music works for Solo,which has not formed a great influence.Facing the confident concept of Chinese traditional culture,how to re-examine Sheng music and how to use comparative musicology theory to study the artistic characteristics of Lusheng and traditional Sheng are the focus of this paper.This paper will use the methods of comparative research and literature to deeply analyze Lusheng and traditional Sheng,and sort out their historical context and development status,in order to contribute to the development of Sheng music.
