Abstract/Summary:
Zheng Qingyu’s reference to Western light and shadow elements in his paintings is unique in the language of light and shadow.As a significant difference between Chinese and Western paintings and a major feature of Western painting techniques,light and shadow elements have entered the vision of many Chinese painters.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter systematically discusses the era background of the formation of Zheng Qingyu’s light and shadow elements.The second chapter adopts the combination of words and pictures to analyze the characteristics of light and shadow elements in Zheng Qingyu’s paintings about the sense of time and space,gray tone pictures and elegant artistic conception.The third chapter starts with the two parts of practice and practice.In the early stage,through strengthening the technical practice of the three aspects of light and shadow elements expressing the volume of the object image,setting off the translucency of the main body and expressing the contrast between the cold and warm colors,we can further understand the understanding of Zheng Qingyu’s light and shadow elements in painting,and apply them to our own new meticulous creation "corner of the study" combined with our own existing experience.The fourth chapter is a summary and Reflection on the learning of light and shadow elements in Zheng Qingyu’s paintings.The reference of light and shadow elements not only has academic value,but also provides a certain reference significance for future meticulous painters.Whether a work is excellent or can arouse the empathy of the viewer,the key point is whether the work highlights its center of interest,and the role of light and shadow processing in the picture can not be replaced.
