With the wide application of smart phones, the applicable population tends to be younger, and mobile phone dependence has gradually become a prominent problem behavior of teenagers.Over reliance on mobile phones not only delays the study of teenagers, but also is not conducive to the healthy development of teenagers’ physical and mental health.A series of problems such as myopia, mental depression and withdrawn personality arise.Different from adults who have high self-control ability and the ability to distinguish right from wrong, teenagers’ excessive dependence on mobile phones is easy to lead to more serious social problems.Studies have shown that parental rearing patterns will affect the degree of children’s mobile phone dependence. The influence mechanism of parental rearing patterns on Teenagers’ mobile phone dependence has become a topic of widespread concern.Compensatory Internet Use theory mentions that negative life situations outside the world will bring pressure to individuals and produce negative emotions, resulting in mobile phone dependence. The external life situation of adolescents is closely related to parental rearing styles.Based on this, this study takes parental rearing styles as independent variables and introduces two negative emotions, social anxiety and loneliness,as intermediary variables to further explore the impact mechanism of parental rearing styles on adolescents’ mobile phone dependence. In the first study, the questionnaire survey and interview were used to analyze the results of the questionnaire survey.A total of 814 questionnaires were distributed to middle school students in Jinan,Linyi and Dezhou using the S-EMBU-C,The Smartphone Dependence Scale for Middle School students, the Social Anxiety Scale(IAS)and the Loneliness Scale(UCLA).In the first study, the results of the questionnaire showed that in the adolescent group, girls showed a higher sense of loneliness and mobile phone dependence than boys, and grade two students were significantly more likely to be rejected by their parents and over-protected by their mothers than other grades.Parents with the way mobile phone rely on that there was a significant correlation between the parents and parents upbringing of the parents refused to overprotection can positively predict phone dependence, social anxiety, loneliness in his parents’ rejection and mobile phone chain intermediary effect between rely on,social anxiety, loneliness in his parents’ overprotection and mobile phone chain intermediary effect between dependence.Parenting style can further affect loneliness by influencing adolescents’ social anxiety, thus leading to the generation of mobile phone dependence. The chain mediating pathway between social anxiety and loneliness was not significant in parental emotional warmth. The second study using semi-structured interview, dependence on seven phone interview subjects scored higher, verify the conclusion of the theory of compensating network use, parents’ negative rejection, lack of companionship, excessive interference and so on will directly affect the teenagers phone rely on,also can respectively by influencing adolescents’ social anxiety and loneliness cause dependence on mobile phone.Teenagers understand the consequences of mobile phone dependence, but they still choose to overuse mobile phones in order to eliminate negative emotions in their lives.According to the above conclusions, parents should adjust their rearing styles, pay attention to the needs of teenagers, and avoid the extremes of over protection and rejection. At the same time, schools should also bear more social responsibilities, carry out relevant educational courses and parent-child activities, help teenagers reduce social anxiety, get rid of loneliness, form the correct habit of using mobile phones, and promote the healthy development of body and mind.
