Based on the interlanguage data of intermediate and advanced Spanish native speakers,this paper analyzes them and then explores the errors made by intermediate and advanced Spanish native speakers in their acquisition of third person pronoun anaphora,so as to find out the causes of the errors and the relevant rules of acquiring third person pronoun anaphora and provide corresponding references for the acquisition of the third person pronoun anaphora by Spanish native speakers,the problems encountered by teachers in teaching and the compilation of teaching materials.At the same time,this paper also compares the acquisition of third person pronoun anaphora by intermediate and advanced Spanish native speakers with that by Korean foreign students at the same stage,thus highlighting the uniqueness of the acquisition of third person pronoun anaphora by Spanish native speakers.The main findings of this study are as follows: firstly,a total of 661 cases were collected,of which there are 516 correct cases,accounting for 78.1% and 145 incorrect cases,with a rate of 21.9%.Secondly,when Spanish students use third person pronoun anaphora,the highest correct rate is as concurrent phrases,accounting for 94.4%;the largest number is as the subject,306 cases,which is much higher than other cases;in terms of errors,the errors of type Ⅰ are more than that of type Ⅱ,and the highest error rate is the misuses of the zero form as third person pronoun anaphora.There are 46 cases,and the error rate is 31.7%.Thirdly,the causes of these errors produced by Spanish students include: negative transfer of mother tongue,overgeneralization of target language knowledge and insufficient compilation of teaching materials and instruction.Fourthly,the commonalities between Spanish and Korean students’ acquisition of the third person pronoun anaphora are that the highest use is as the subject,but at the same time the highest error rate with error of type I being higher than that of type II;the differences are that Spanish students have the highest correct rate when they use person pronoun anaphora as concurrent phrases,and higher error rate in forming prepositional phrases than as concurrent phrases,while Korean students have the highest correct rate when they use person pronoun anaphora to form prepositional phrases,and higher error rate in forming concurrent phrases than in forming prepositional phrases. |
