| The supply of rural public cultural service is an important way to accelerate the revitalization of rural culture and meet the spiritual and cultural needs of rural social masses.The 19th CPC National Congress put forward the rural revitalization strategy for the first time,which pointed out the development direction of China’s rural public cultural service supply.The high-quality supply of rural public cultural services can not only narrow the cultural service gap between urban and rural areas,but also enrich and nourish the cultural life of rural people and lay a solid cultural foundation for rural social governance.At present,China is in the in-depth promotion stage of the new urbanization construction,and properly handling the supply problem of rural public cultural services can further improve the strategic planning of the new urbanization construction,and subtly change the "urban-rural separation" into "urban-rural co-governance".Under the realistic background of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy and new urbanization,the study on the supply of rural public cultural services is not only an important theoretical subject,but also a practical subject that needs to be improved.Taking T Town,District W,Suzhou City as a case,this paper takes the theory of service-oriented government,the theory of state-society relationship and the theory of holistic governance as the theoretical basis,and starts from the definition of basic concepts such as public culture,public cultural services,and rural public cultural service supply.,analyzed the historical evolution and realistic opportunities of rural public cultural service supply in T town.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper uses empirical research methods to carry out systematic investigations,and through field investigations,has a comprehensive understanding of the current policy basis,content of supply,supply mechanism and supply effectiveness of rural public cultural service supply in T Town,Suzhou City.status quo.Through the analysis of the current situation,it is found that there are problems in the supply field of rural public cultural services in T Town,Suzhou City,such as the imperfect policy system,the unformed supply pattern of multi-subject cooperation,the poor operation of the supply mechanism,and the dislocation of supply and demand;problem-oriented,The reasons behind the systematic analysis of the problem include insufficient overall planning of rural public cultural service supply,inter-subject interest barriers,fragmented administrative restrictions,and urban-rural dual structural barriers.Finally,based on the perspective of holistic governance,the corresponding optimization paths are proposed from five dimensions:overall planning,subject coordination,mechanism integration,efficiency improvement and technology embedding,hoping to improve the supply level of public cultural services in rural areas in my country and boost rural development.Cultural revitalization and people’s spiritual life will be prosperous together. |
