Rural Public Cultural Service Supply Problem Study

Our country has always attached great importance to the rural cultural construction,especially in the rural revitalization of the implementation,the party and the government is the rural public cultural service supply work also put forward new requirements of agricultural Nong Cun Bu released "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" during the Chinese farmers ’income shows: in 2020,China’s rural residents per capita disposable income reached 17131 yuan,from 20155709 yuan,"much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" average annual growth of 7.87% as the rural material living standards,China’s rural public cultural service supply problems increasingly apparent as the background.This thesis will analyze the topic from the supply of Shijiazhuang rural public cultural services and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of rural public cultural services and so on.The research content is mainly divided into three chapters,chapter one core concept and theoretical basis,first,This part describes the concept and connotation of multiple nouns,next,The relevant theoretical basis used in this thesis is explained and expresses its application in this thesis;Chapter II Basic situation and existing problems of rural public cultural services supply in Shijiazhuang City,By reviewing literature,visiting literature,researching and issuing questionnaires,Analyzing the current situation of rural public cultural services in Shijiazhuang city and the main practices in the supply of rural public cultural services in Shijiazhuang,The evaluation of rural public cultural services by rural residents in Shijiazhuang city is calculated,Analyzed the existing main problems;Chapter IV III Countermeasures and Suggestions on Improving the Level of Rural Public Cultural Services Symptomatic requirements,Put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.This thesis,combined with the theory,using the visiting survey questionnaire literature,fully understand the present situation of Shijiazhuang rural public cultural services,combined with the results of the questionnaire field visit,the analysis of the Shijiazhuang in rural public cultural service supply mainly exist in the way of supply and demand supply single management system is not perfect combined with the problems found,the author thorough actual,combined with the characteristics of work,put forward the improved supply concept optimize resource allocation to establish performance evaluation mechanism to strengthen talent cultivation to strengthen the management of cultural facilities five aspects of specific countermeasures and Suggestions.
