| Since the 12th Five-Year Plan,the construction of public cultural undertakings in rural areas has been attached great importance by the CPC Central Committee and The State Council,which elevated the rural revitalization strategy to a national strategic level in the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy issued in 2018.In 2022,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the "Action Plan for Rural Construction",which mentioned that the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is an important part of the country’s modernization drive,and the important task is rural construction.Especially in the context of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,as an important carrier of rural culture revitalization,the basic public cultural services play an important role in the cultural benefits of the people.With the continuous progress of our country’s economy and society,the demand for spiritual culture in rural areas is increasing,and the demand for the supply of public cultural services is more and more high.Under the background of rural revitalization,the supply of rural public cultural services is the terminal and cornerstone of the supply system of public cultural services,and the research on the supply of rural public cultural services has become the key to the realization of cultural revitalization.The current situation is that our country urban and rural public cultural services supply is unbalanced,not conducive to the overall integration development.Through the use of interviews,questionnaires and other methods,this paper investigates and understands the construction of the public cultural service system in C Town,deeply understands the current situation and existing problems of the supply of rural public cultural services in the town,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as promoting the multiple collaborative supply mode,balancing the allocation of supply resources,innovating and optimizing the supply mode,and enhancing the suitability of supply and demand.We will promote the development of public cultural undertakings in rural areas.Through the in-depth study of the rural public cultural supply service supply in C Town,the general rules of its success are explored for popularization and reference.Sort out how the C town government implements the cultural revitalization in rural revitalization,and how it strives to further safeguard and protect the basic cultural rights and interests of the general public and guide the rural people to establish positive energy values.This thesis first focuses on the background and significance of the selected topic,and obtains the inspiration of his own research,as well as the relevant research methods and research ideas,by combing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and conducting relevant evaluations.Secondly,it mainly studies the concepts and theories related to the supply of public cultural services.Based on the current basic situation of town C and the current status quo of public cultural service supply,this thesis summarizes the analysis of the reasons for the effective supply of public cultural services in town C,the current shortcomings and improvement countermeasures. |
