Research On The Participation Of Farmers In The Construction Of Rural Cultural Auditorium

The rural cultural auditorium is an important part of the construction of a new countryside and a platform for farmers’ entertainment and learning.After the completion of the rural cultural auditorium,farmers will have more opportunities to participate in public cultural activities.The lives of farmers have improved,and the pursuit of spiritual civilization has also improved.In order to improve the spiritual cultivation of farmers,it plays an important role in improving the spiritual level of farmers and improving the cultural construction of new rural areas.This article selects the representative Xing this rural cultural auditorium in Hebei Province and came into being.Take X Village in Xingtai City as a case for analysis.The rural cultural auditorium in Village X is now in full swing and has achieved certain results overall.However,as the rural cultural auditorium is a new form of culture,the lack of experience is also "crossing the river by feeling the stones",so the problem gradually appears.come out.This thesis focuses the research on farmers’ participation in the construction of rural cultural auditoriums.The research content is consistent with the elements and concepts in the theory of public cultural service and public participation.Therefore,this article uses two theories of public cultural service and farmers’participation.As a basis,research the relevant content of the rural cultural auditorium.This research is based on the rural cultural auditorium in the cultural construction of the new countryside.It is innovative from the perspective of the participation of farmers in X Village in the construction of rural cultural auditorium,and explores the main problems,causes and solutions of farmers’ participation.In addition,this article uses the literature research method to conduct an in-depth analysis of the main content of the domestic rural cultural auditorium and foreign farmers’ participation in public affairs;uses the questionnaire analysis method to summarize the current status of farmers’participation,and draws on the success of Shangtian Village,Banqiao Town,Lin’an City.Experience and compare with Village X to analyze the problems and reasons of farmers’ participation in rural cultural auditorium activities.During the analysis,it was found that there were insufficient willingness to participate by farmers;the supply of public cultural services for farmers was low;farmers’ participation in a single group;farmers’ participation in knowledge-enhancing activities was not high,and these problems were caused by the notion of emphasizing economics and neglecting culture.Relatively strong;lack of funds for the construction of public cultural services;incomplete information sharing platform;low level of education of farmers.Based on this,this article proposes countermeasures to solve the problem of farmers’ participation in four aspects:changing the farmers’ ideology;improving the education level of farmers;strengthening the construction of diversified funds and improving the information sharing platform.In the countermeasures,this article puts forward suggestions to solve the current problem of farmers’ participation,the purpose is to improve farmers’ spiritual and cultural literacy and realize their own sustainable development.
