A Study On The Healthy Development Of Rural Cultural Auditorium In Wucheng District Of Jinhua City

The construction of the cultural auditorium in rural areas is an important decision that carries the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of CPC & Zhejiang Government's idea of building beautiful countryside and strengthen rural spiritual civilization construction.It is a new experiment of boldness and innovation.The auditorium is a complexity of education,ritual,entertainment and cultivation,which has huge significance in carrying forward the traditional culture and enriching peasantry's spiritual life.Wucheng Area has been investing in the project since 2013.Creativity has been introduced into the cultural auditorium construction in order to show the meticulousness.Take Wucheng Area for example,this thesis generally stated the achievements of Zhejiang's rural cultural auditorium construction,the related problems and the effective countermeasures.Hopefully it can provide references for the government's further popularization of the auditorium.The healthy development of the Rural Cultural Auditorium of Wucheng Area,Jinhua is selected as the research subject.The thesis illustrates the background,purpose and the significance of the project,as well as the specific statistics of the research subject.After the deployment of the questionnaire survey and the statistic analysis,the achievements of the Rural Cultural Auditorium of Wucheng Area was listed below.The fine traditional culture is inherited;the effectiveness of cultural publicity is enhanced;the spiritual life of the peasantry was enriched;the management mechanism is initially formed;the ecological condition is improved;the hardware and facilities are perfected;the grass root political situation of rural areas is consolidated.Comprehensive analyses have been made on the problems of rural cultural auditorium of Wucheng District during its development and four main parts are found as followed: Incomplete infrastructure,immature manage system of running,lack of diversity in cultural activities and forms,and the low level of involvement of local residents.After delving into existing problems,the reasons led to them lie in insufficient capital investment,inadequate concern of grassroots,lack of cultural atmosphere in villages and a relatively low educational level among farmers.Therefore,here are countermeasures and suggestions on the problems mentioned relatively.Firstly,encouraging financing from various parties to ensure the capital investment in the development of auditoriums.That means letting the government put more financing investment and act more as its leading role,guiding social capital to be involved in the construction and development of auditoriums,developing and managing cultural resources in villages and enabling the ability to invest of government itself.Secondly,establishing robust mechanisms and guaranteeing a healthy development in long terms.That means putting more efforts on integrating resources,enhancing co-construction and sharing,lifting the building efficiency and operating performance of rural cultural auditoriums to a new level,promoting the upgrading of managing auditoriums,and strengthening the construction of managing and appraising mechanism of grassroots organizations.Thirdly,diversifying cultural activities and attracting more local residents to take part in.That means keeping forward the Cultural Auditorium Plus Moral Education Project,the Cultural Auditorium Plus Intangible Cultural Heritage Project,and the Cultural Auditorium Plus Cultural And Sports Activities Project.Fourthly,emphasizing introducing talents and nurturing local cultural talents.Fifthly,building a team of rural publicist and redoubling efforts on propagating theories.There exist some problems such as uneven site selection and low enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the healthy development of the Rural Cultural Auditorium in Wucheng District,Jinhua City.After the Rural Cultural Auditorium covers the whole Wucheng District,the government should integrate the Cultural Auditorium,and mobilize the peasants' enthusiasm through more activities.
