A Puppet Study Of The Puppet Manchukuo Administration

On September 18,1931,the "918 Incident" broke out,and the Japanese imperialists invaded and occupied northeast China by force.On March 9,1932,under Japan’s careful planning and covert support,Puyi announced the establishment of the puppet Manchukuo in Changchun.Although the puppet state of Manchukuo is an independent state on the surface,it is actually a puppet regime controlled by Japanese imperialism,so its administrative organs naturally have a distinct puppet nature.Taking the puppet nature of the puppet Manchukuo administrative apparatus as the research perspective,this paper explores the nature of the puppet nature of the puppet Manchukuo administrative apparatus by studying the establishment and evolution of the puppet Manchukuo administrative apparatus and the manifestations and causes of the puppet nature of the puppet Manchukuo administrative apparatus.Through research,it has been found that after the establishment of the puppet Manchukuo,a complete system of administrative institutions was established at the central and local levels.Subsequently,in March 1934,July 1937 and December 1941,the administrative organs of the puppet Manchukuo underwent three major adjustments.So after the adjustment,the administrative work of the puppet Manchukuo has gradually been manipulated by Japanese officials and the Japanese imperialism they represent,and the administrative organs of the puppet Manchukuo have gradually become puppet institutions serving Japanese imperialism.It can be said that the process of adjustment is a process of gradually deepening the puppet nature between the puppet Manchukuo administration and the puppet Manchukuo regime.As a puppet institution controlled by Japanese imperialism,the main manifestation of the puppet nature of the puppet Manchukuo administration is that Japanese officials at all levels of the administrative organs hold real power,and the administrative department composed of Japanese officials is the administrative department that truly holds the highest power in the puppet Manchukuo.There are two main reasons why the puppet Manchukuo administration became a puppet institution.The first is to strengthen the status and power of Japanese officials and the administrative departments composed of Japanese officials through such means as the"internal guiding principles of the Kwantung Army";second,the Chinese officials in the administrative organs at all levels are traitor officials who are willing to serve Japanese imperialism.In essence,the puppet nature of the puppet administrative organ of Manchukuo is a puppet institution serving Japanese imperialism and a tool for Japanese imperialism to exercise colonial rule over the puppet Manchukuo.In short,the puppet nature of the puppet Manchukuo administration was manifested in all aspects of the puppet Manchukuo’s central to local administrative organs.The process of Japan’s deepening of the puppet nature of the puppet Manchukuo administration is actually a process of continuous strengthening of colonial rule over the people of all ethnic groups in northeast China.On the other hand,the puppet nature of the puppet Manchukuo administration also reflects the puppet nature of the puppet Manchukuo regime,indicating that the puppet Manchukuo is a puppet state controlled by Japanese imperialism.
