Research On VR Stereo Image Creation Of Cultural Tourism Theme From The Perspective Of Digital Humanities

The development of digital technology provides more possibilities to solve the problems in the field of culture,which is also the value of Digital Humanities.At present,affected by the COVID-19,the public’s travel plan has been hindered,and the demand for for exploring new ways of tourism is increasing.On the other hand,tourists’ pursuit of spiritual culture in the process of tourism promotes the integration of culture and tourism.In face of such problems,the progress of Virtual Reality technology not only provides new solutions,but also provides a new technical choice for the preservation and dissemination of cultural resources in the field of tourism.Virtual Reality image integrates many visual expression elements such as text,picture and video,which can stir up the audience’s the strong feelings in vision and hearing.Virtual Reality combined with stereo video technology can better place users in the multi-dimensional virtual scene,which is of great significance to retain cultural achievements and inherit cultural spirit.The theoretical research and practice of it not only provides an empirical reference to the Virtual Reality stereo image creation of cultural and tourism theme,but also enriches the relevant theoretical and practical content of using Virtual Reality image as a new medium of cultural communication in the research of Digital Humanities.The first part of this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign literature related to virtual tourism,discusses the feasibility of Virtual Reality application in cultural tourism from the new perspective of Digital Humanities.The second section of the study is to define the concepts and interrelations of Digital Humanities,Virtual Reality and tourism experience,and summarize the advantages and problems of Virtual Reality stereo image in cultural tourism.Through practical experience and case analysis,this paper mainly focuses on the basic attributes,audio-visual characteristics,creative process and technical specifications of Virtual Reality stereo images with cultural and tourism themes.On the basis of theoretical research,the author created a VR three-dimensional image about the journey of the Peking Opera Troupe,and further explored the creation norms of VR three-dimensional images with cultural and tourism themes.
