The odd bit embedded fixed phrase format has rich semantic connotation and is a unique language form of Chinese.According to its internal structure,it can be divided into six types:subject-predicate,verb-object,deviant,conjunction,complement and combination;According to the external syntactic function,it can be divided into seven components:subject,predicate,object,attribute,adverbial,complement and independent.These fixed phrases have various types of structures,can act as different syntactic components,and have rich semantic connotations in different contexts.Foreign students are prone to make errors in the use of such complex and flexible structures in daily language.This paper starts from the learners’specific acquisition of such fixed phrases,examines the causes of the errors,analyzes the key points and difficulties in teaching,and explores the effective teaching methods of odd-position embedded fixed phrases in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This paper mainly consists of the following five parts:The first chapter is the introduction.First of all,the reason and significance of this topic are described;Then it combs the current academic research on the odd-position embedded fixed phrases in the ontology of digital idioms and the cultural aspects of digital idioms,and sorts out the research status of the embedded four-character idioms ontology and the embedded four-character idioms combined with the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language;Then it expounds that the problem this paper wants to solve is to apply theoretical research to teaching practice;Finally,it explains the research object,the source of the corpus,the research theory and the research method to be used in this paper.The second chapter examines the structural features and syntactic functions of odd-position embedded fixed phrases.Firstly,we analyze the distribution of numerals on the fixed item of odd position and the grammatical properties of the content words on the replacement item of even position;Then sort out the structural relationship between"number1X"and"number2Y";Then the syntactic components of the structure in the sentence are analyzed through examples;Finally,the semantic features and pragmatic functions of this kind of structure are investigated,which provides theoretical support for the later investigation of errors,the exploration of the causes of errors and the teaching countermeasures.The third chapter examines the errors of the odd embedded fixed phrase based on the corpus.The effective error corpus is retrieved from the HSK corpus and interlanguage corpus,which are the most commonly used in the academic field,and the types of errors are analyzed and summarized.There are four types of errors:grammatical errors,semantic errors,formal errors and pragmatic errors.The fourth chapter is the investigation of the errors of the odd embedded fixed phrase based on the questionnaire.Based on the error results from the two corpora,a questionnaire was designed for subjects with different Chinese proficiency.Through the results of the questionnaire filled by foreign students,it was concluded that the types with higher error rate in the questionnaire were basically consistent with those in the corpus.The fifth chapter is error analysis and teaching suggestions.On the basis of the ontological research and the specific error investigation of the odd-position embedded fixed phrase,this paper continues to analyze the specific causes of various errors from the four aspects of learners,teachers,textbooks and the complexity of the phrase itself,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the three aspects of students’learning,teachers’teaching,and textbook compilation according to the different error causes,Finally,the"one X one Y"format with the highest error rate is selected as the teaching content,and the teaching design of Chinese as a foreign language is compiled for reference.
