Civil servants are a special group.As the smallest part of the operation of government departments,they bear the operation pressure.At the same time,they are also ordinary people in life.They have all kinds of life,enjoy the joy and pain of life.Many investigations and studies show that nowadays,the psychological pressure of civil servants is increasing,and the demand of psychological service supply in organs and units is also increasing.The research object of this thesis is the psychological service supply of civil servants in S Provincial G organ.It is a kind of internal service supply of the government and a special public service.By introducing the service triangle model,taking the three vertices of psychological service "supply scheme","supply platform" and "supply subject" as the starting point,and focusing on the "supply object" of the triangle,this thesis investigates the supply of psychological services in S Provincial G organ through participatory observation and semi-structured interviews.The investigation found that under the guidance of the "supply scheme " and the evaluation and monitoring of the "supply platform",the S Provincial G organ selected multiple "supply subjects" to provide psychological services,and investigated and analyzed the "supply effect".While affirming the achievements of the psychological service supply system of the S provincial G organs,it also found problems in the supply of psychological services,such as the design defects of the psychological service supply scheme,the operation of the psychological service supply platform is not smooth,the supply effect of the psychological service supply entity is not good,and the demand of the psychological service supply object cannot be effectively met.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the psychological service supply problem of the S provincial G organ system from the perspective of the service triangle model theory,under the guidance of the new public service theory and other related theories,and using the analysis framework based on the service triangle model,mainly because the psychological service supply scheme is not centered on the supply object,the supply platform lacks a scientific operating mechanism,the service diversification cooperation and supply synergy is insufficient,and the supply content is not in place.Finally,combined with the advanced experience of psychological service supply in relevant regions in China,with reference to the reasons for solving the problem of psychological service supply in the S provincial G organ system,suggestions for the supply of psychological services for civil servants are put forward by the new public service theory and Herzberg’s two-factor theory,including formulating scientific and feasible supply plans,building a supply platform with a sound mechanism,creating a multi-subject cooperative supply,and fully doing a good job in the interaction with civil servants.Through this study,it is hoped that it can provide some help and enlightenment for the psychological service supply of civil servants in government organs and units,further improve the level of psychological service supply in government organs and units,effectively solve the mental health problems of civil servants,enable civil servants to work actively and happily,and contribute to improving the efficiency of national governance. |
