A Study On The Service Effect Of Township Comprehensive Cultural Stations In The West Of China From The Perspective Of Service Supply

2020 is the crucial year of securing a decisive triumph in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects for China,which is also the key year to achieve the goal of alleviating all poverty.The central government highly emphases on offsetting the disadvantages in the filed of Three Rural issues.It puts forward that the public cultural services in Chinese township areas should be focused,and the service range of rural cultural projects for benefiting people should be continually expanded.Township comprehensive cultural stations is an undivided part of Chinese rural public services.It is not only important for the system of Chinese public cultural services,but also the key for the alleviation of cultural poverty.However,compared with the current service of township comprehensive cultural stations of middle areas and eastern areas in China,western areas seem to fall behind.The limited supply and amount,the dislocation of supply and demand still exist in these areas.Both central government and academia are quite concerned about improving the public cultural services in rural areas.They aim to satisfy people's increasing demands of public cultural services.It is also challenging to move forward the process of equity on public cultural service in China.Through reviewing the academic papers from home and abroad,there is limited research focusing on the Chinese western township comprehensive cultural stations.Due to the gap,this paper chose to investigate the service effect of township comprehensive cultural stations in the west of China from the perspective of service supply.On the basis of Service Triangle model,this research established the new model to investigate the service effect,which is also used to discuss the possible methods of optimizing the service effect of township comprehensive cultural stations.This thesis is going to be demonstrated by the following aspects.Firstly,through reviewing published literatures from the world,the research objective,methods will be elaborated.The significance and value of this research will also be claimed.The thesis introduces the basic situation of the service of comprehensive cultural station in western towns from three parts: historical evolution,service investment,and effectiveness.Secondly,based on Service Triangle model,combining the actual situation of Chinese western township comprehensive cultural stations,this research established a new effect analysis model that looked into three perspectives of public service of township comprehensive cultural stations,which were the provider,the platform and the supply protection.Then the questionnaire was designed and data were collected based on this newly established model.Thirdly,the research adopted descriptive statistical analysis method and differential analysis method to analyze the data from the questionnaires and the visit survey.It has been found that the quality of public services in township comprehensive cultural stations was not quite satisfying in West China.Specifically,the provider was lack of enough recognition and motivation of public services,the service platform mismatched the supply and demand,and the supply protection was short of reasonable scientific regulations.Finally,aiming on the problems and the causes emerging from this research,this thesis provided constructive suggestions on optimizing service effect of Chinese western township comprehensive cultural stations.In the same way,the advices were given from the perspectives of provider,platform and supply protection.
