Research On Of Public Cutural Service Supply Work Of Hailing District Taizhou City

Since "the 12th Five-Year",the State has attached great importance to the construction of public cultural service system.In 2012,the State Council launched "basic national public service system" of "the 12th Five-Year plan",specifying public cultural service as an important part of the public service organization.The regulations and system of public cultural products offered by the public institutions set the floorboard of public cultural service,which insures the basic cutural rights and interests of the people.The starting point and ultimate goal of public cultural service are to maintain social fairness and justice,to protect the basic cultural rights and interests of the people,which run through the construction of the public cultural service system.This paper begins from the concept of public cultural service.Based on the present situation of public culture service supply of Hailing District in Taizhou City city,including the construction of public cultural facilities,public cultural and sport activities,and other inadequacies of the public cultural service supply,there are four aspects that may require improvements.Firstly,the construction of basic public culture facilities still lags behind.Secondly,the actural utilization of the public cultural facilities is not high.Thirdly,there is a lack of public cultural facilities investment.At last,the talent structure of public cultural staff is not unreasonable.In view of these aspects,and considering the work experience and present situation of Hailing District's public cultural service work,there are several personal suggestions.As the most important goal is to hail the comprehensive well-off society into a higher level and to step into the basic modernization in the future work,to realise these,we need to meet people's needs of pulic cultural services and strive to improve the community's public cultural service system.The institution should focus on increasing the supply of the public cultural services,enriching and ensuring public cultural and sport activies,as well as establishing and improving the mechanism of talent training and introduction,etc..
