Research background and purposeAgainst the background of the global outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19),the new crown epidemic not only attacks our bodies, but also increases spiritual pain, seriously affecting the mental health and well-being of the entire society, and leading to a global mental health crisis.Panic mood is a typical acute psychological stress response after people experience emergencies, and it is also the most common type of mood in various public health emergencies. However, the standards for panic mood during the new crown pneumonia epidemic have not yet been checked.Measuring tools. Therefore, this study took 23 college students in Guangdong Province as the research object, revised the panic measurement questionnaire and completed the standardization process, explored the phased characteristics of panic in emergencies, and at the same time explored the panic and family through longitudinal tracking investigations. The relationship between functions provides methodological guidance for related research at home and abroad, and provides evidence for empirical research on people’s mood changes in similar major public health events.Research process and method(1)Select the reference scale:refer to the SARS panic emotional screening table during the SARS period, and adapt the original items to make the content closer to the actual impact of the new crown epidemic. There are 12 items in the SARS Panic Emotional Psychological Screening Form.Selecting "Yes" will count 1 point, and"No" will count 0 points.(2)Standardization of the COVID-19 panic mood measurement questionnaire:In early February 2020,the initial version of the questionnaire was tested in 23 universities in Guangdong Province, and the questionnaire items were revised based on the survey results to verify the reliability and validity of the scale,Confirm the official version of the questionnaire.SPSS26.0,Amos22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis, and the statistical analysis methods used include:project analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis,etc.(3)Application research on the COVID-19 panic mood measurement questionnaire:This study conducted four large sample surveys(T1-T4)from February to October 2020,and applied the COVID-19 panic mood measurement questionnaire to the new crown In the measurement of the mental health of college students during pneumonia,as one of the emotional measurement indicators,it explores the changing characteristics of panic and its relationship with family functions.Use SPSS26.0 statistical software for data analysis. The statistical analysis methods used mainly include descriptive analysis,t-test,correlation analysis, and analysis of variance. Results and Conclusions(1)The revised results of the COVID-19 panic mood measurement questionnaire:the internal consistency reliability,split-half reliability, and test-retest reliability tests were performed on the 3 factors and 11 items in the total table, and the structural validity and verification were also tested factor analysis. The results show that the item analysis has good discriminativeness;internal consistency reliability is 0.748,Spearman-Brown split-half reliability coefficient value is 0.788,test-retest reliability coefficient value is 0.738;KMO value is 0.775,and the cumulative variance explanation rate after rotation is 65.974%;NFI,IFI,TLI,CFI,GFI,RMSEA,CFI and other model main fitness indicators meet the standard. Therefore, the COVID-19 panic mood measurement questionnaire can be used as a standardized measurement tool.(2)Research on the characteristics and impact of panic among college students during the epidemic:Four phased surveys were conducted on college students in Guangdong Province, and the results showed that:①The total average scores of panic T1-T4 of college students are 3.75±2.42,2.70±2.32,1.76±1.93,1.43±1.78,among which the average score of dimension 2"excessive worry" is measured at four time points. All are higher than other dimensions(0.70±0.33,0.52±0.37,0.35±0.34,0.25±0.31 in order).②Demographic differences:COVID-19 panic mood is statistically different in different categories such as gender, age, marriage and relationship status, physical health, daily attention to the epidemic, whether there are people infected in the community where you live, and the identity facing the epidemic(P<0.05).③There is a positive correlation between panic, depression, and anxiety in COVID-19.Among them, the correlation between panic and anxiety is 0.299(T1),0.323(T2),0.270(T3),0.300(T4),respectively.The correlation between panic and depression was 0.275(T1),0.317(T2),0.268(T3),0.300(T4),respectively.④Different family function level samples have different effects on the panic mood level. The results show that different family function level samples have a significant effect on the total T1-T4 panic score(p<0.001);in addition, students with poor family function The panic score is always greater than that of students with better family function.Research innovation(1)This study revised the COVID-19 panic mood measurement questionnaire, and provided a research tool for the quantitative study of panic mood during the epidemic. This tool can more accurately measure and evaluate the severity of panic mood during the epidemic, which is similar to public health. The measurement of panic in emergencies provides reference and research support.(2)This study combines the results of phased research and follow-up research to explore the characteristics and laws of changes in mental health caused by the epidemic in horizontal and vertical directions, and understand the changes and laws of panic mood, which are the characteristics and characteristics of mental health during the epidemic. The intervention provides empirical research.Research limitations and prospects(1)The extensive use of scales requires norms with reference value. This study is difficult to formulate normative indicators due to the isolation environment caused by the epidemic. Therefore, this research needs to establish norms in the follow-up plan to promote the questionnaire application.(2)This study is compiled with a sample of college students in Guangdong Province, and follow-up studies can be applied nationwide to verify its effectiveness. |
