Research On The Simplified Of Chinese Characters

In the long historical period,simplified characters have shown extremely rich forms and various appearances.This paper takes the study of simplified Chinese characters as a whole object,and conducts research from the perspectives of design,history,calligraphy,etc.,and explores the origin,genesis mechanism,structural characteristics,design thinking and design application of simplified Chinese characters,and reveals its design value and spiritual connotation.First,use the analogy method to trace the source of the simplified characters in different periods.The development and evolution of characters are the most important basis for the study of simplified characters.According to the glyphs of simplified characters in different periods,they are divided into three periods: ancient characters,modern characters and recent characters.The classification of oracle bone inscriptions,bronze inscriptions,seal script,official script,cursive script,regular script,and running script is helpful to clarify the source of simplified characters in different historical periods.The use of simplified characters in the past dynasties has been boosted by multiple forces,and the specific causes are analyzed based on factors such as social needs,writing carriers,political factors,and educational needs.Secondly,the analysis of the structural form design of simplified characters is carried out.The position of the glyph structure is very important,and the characteristics of the simplified glyph structure are discussed through three aspects: basic shape,modular simplification,and similar simplification.From the point of view of design,simplified characters are a kind of symbol style composed of structure,and the expression of its structural characteristics and formal design is reflected in the aspects of continuous,reduced and smooth structural design.The rational consideration of simplified structural design focuses on visual form and universal connection,and its standardization is more independent of the artistic design value of the simplified character body.Thirdly,systematically extract the design thinking contained in the simplified words to conduct phenomenon research.The needs of the times and the development of information technology promote the simplification of Chinese characters.Among them,design thinking reflects the wisdom of character creation,which is mainly summarized into four parts: ink rhythm and white,minimalist erection,taking meaning and forgetting shape,and dialectical thinking to summarize the style characteristics and application of modern design.Font design is a part of the integration of simplified characters and modern design.Selecting representative font designs for interpretation can expand the connotation and extension of font design itself.Finally,the design value of simplified Chinese characters is introduced.First,explore the application value of Chinese character simplification,and analyze the performance in font simplification design.Second,explore the cultural value of simplified Chinese characters,the performance of simplified Chinese characters in the context of modern design and the role of cultural heritage.Third,explore the aesthetic value of simplified Chinese characters,the graphic features of simplified Chinese characters as a symbolic language,and focus on the beauty of reading,calligraphy and ethnic beauty of simplified Chinese characters,so as to promote the transition of simplified Chinese characters from formal aesthetics to spiritual realm.This paper advances layer by layer from the traceability of the current simplified word "cause phenomenon" to the performance analysis of the simplified word "design context".Taking the simplified characters as clues,this paper deeply studies the symbolic meaning of its glyph structure characteristics in the application of contemporary design,inherits the Chinese national culture,and improves the national cultural innovation of modern design.This research provides some references for finding the unique value symbols of visual design.,is also a kind of thinking provided for the development of design thinking in the current simplified word.
