With the improvement of the national quality and the development of people's economic level,the development of sports dance has been popularized throughout the country,and the age of participation has become more and more widespread.Especially,the participation of children in this age group accounts for the largest proportion.Sports dance has a very positive role and influence on the growth and development of children,and it also has a very positive impact on the temperament formation and physical opportunities of children.Enhancement of energy has a promoting effect.In recent years,the cause of children's sports dance in Shanxi Province has developed rapidly,and amateur training classes for children have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.Therefore,the improvement of the competitiveness of various training institutions is a test for the comprehensive quality of children's sports dance teachers,and the significance of teacher training has begun to highlight.At present,most of the children's dance teachers in Shanxi Province can recognize their shortcomings and spontaneously participate in teacher training organized by the province.But how to ensure the effectiveness of teacher training is an important issue concerned by the participating teachers,training institutions and people from all walks of life.Based on the author's practice and experience in the training of children's dance teachers in the past year,this paper studies the effectiveness of the training,and finds out the effective factors affecting the training of children's dance teachers in Shanxi Province,and puts forward some suggestions,which will provide some reference and reference for the better development of the training of children's dance teachers in Shanxi Province in the future.Firstly,on the basis of consulting data,this paper understands the relevant theories of teacher training.Taking the effectiveness of training for children dance teachers in Shanxi Province as the research object,this paper investigates eight teacher training sessions conducted by two different organizational forms in Shanxi Province in 2018.According to Kirkpatrick,a four-level model of training evaluation is put forward,which is mainly designed from the reaction level and the learning level.Questionnaire and interview outline are used to investigate the trainees,understand their reaction and harvest after training,interview method is used to interview the trainees face to face,field observation method is used to penetrate into the training,and a large number of data are collected.Through analysis and collation,the effectiveness of the trainees and training institutions is analyzed and summarized.The current situation of the effectiveness of the training of children dance teachers in Shanxi Province is summarized as follows: in terms of training teachers,the training objectives are clear,the training effect is remarkable,the level of training teachers is not uniform,and the satisfaction of training is not high;in terms of training institutions,the training objectives,training time,training content,training methods,training methods,training facilities,training evaluation,training.The effectiveness of the teachers is analyzed in eight aspects.Then,through the analysis,we find out the factors that affect the effectiveness of the training of children dance teachers in Shanxi Province: 1.Personal aspects of participating teachers: 1.The unbalanced structure of participating teachers leads to different levels of knowledge mastery;2.The low sense of self-efficacy of participating teachers after training leads to the low rate of knowledge utilization in actual teaching;3.The high expectation of participating teachers for training teachers results in psychological depression.Second,in the organization of training institutions: 1.Incomplete training design leads to incomplete training;2.inadequate research on training needs reflects the low subjectivity of participating teachers;3.Incomplete training content and curriculum settings lead to unsatisfactory training needs;4.The lack of effective management system leads to imperfect evaluation system.Third,in the development of sports dance: 1.Children's sports dance market needs and discipline construction can not adapt;2.Children's sports dance teacher training is not enough attention.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.Understanding the training needs of participating teachers;2.Determining specific training objectives;3.Developing targeted training courses;4.Choosing diversified training methods;5.Establishing training management system;6.Establishing and improving training assessment mechanism;7.Establishing evaluation system of training effect,so as to ultimately improve the effectiveness of training for children dance teachers in Shanxi Province.
