Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the specific deployment of the integrated development of cultural industry and tourism from a strategic perspective has provided opportunities and policy guarantee for the integrated development of the two industries.As a minority area with backward development of tourism industry and deep poverty,its national cultural resources are rich,but they have not been fully transformed into tourism development advantages and economic growth momentum.With the rapid development of tourism,culture,sports,leisure and entertainment industries,the total output value of the tertiary industry accounts for an increasing proportion of China’s GDP and has become one of the key points to ensure the high-quality development of China’s economy.The integration of cultural and creative industries and tourism provides a new perspective and new ideas for the study of regional economic development in ethnic areas.Therefore,under the background of rural revitalization,it is of positive practical significance to study the integrated development level,dynamic evolution and influencing factors of cultural and creative industries and tourism in ethnic minority areas,so as to promote the integrated development of cultural and creative industries and tourism in ethnic minority areas to help the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Firstly,by consulting the literature,understand the research progress of domestic and foreign scholars on the integration of cultural and creative industry and tourism,and elaborate the related concepts of cultural and creative industry,tourism and industrial integration,as well as the related theories of industrial integration theory and industrial chain theory,so as to summarize the research basis of the integrated development of cultural and creative industry and tourism in ethnic areas.Secondly,by sorting out relevant literature and statistical data,the development level of cultural and creative industry and tourism in ethnic minority areas from2005 to 2019 is calculated by using entropy method and combination weight method,and the development status of cultural and creative industry and tourism in ethnic minority areas is expounded.Through the analysis of the current situation,this paper obtains the time sequence change trend of the two industries in ethnic areas and the industrial development differences between ethnic areas.Thirdly,the coupling degree measurement model is used to measure the integration development level of cultural and creative industries and tourism in eight ethnic provinces,so as to measure the changes in the integration level of cultural and creative industries and tourism in ethnic areas from 2005 to 2019,and further analyze the impact of the development level of the two industries on industrial integration through industrial coordination,Finally,with the help of spatial correlation test and Markov chain technology,this paper analyzes the dynamic evolution of the integration level distribution of cultural and creative industries and tourism in ethnic minority areas.Then,through the industrial integration theory and industrial value chain theory,this paper selects the five dimensions of economy,policy,technology,talent and infrastructure from the macro and meso levels,and analyzes the driving effect of various factors on the integrated development of cultural and creative industry and tourism in ethnic minority areas with the help of Geographic detector technology and entropy method.Finally,according to the measurement and analysis of the integration level of ethnic regionalized creative industry and tourism,time series evolution and influencing factors,the corresponding research conclusions are drawn.On this basis,combined with the Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to promote the integrated development of cultural and creative industries and tourism in ethnic minority areas,so as to provide help for the effective implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in ethnic minority areas. |
