| Classroom teaching practice is an important part of talent training for tc SOL majors.It can not only test students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge,but also test their ability of practical teaching.Practice is the school organizational form of teaching practice,practice can exercise the student to combine theory and practice together,better to let the students see their own progress and deficiency in the process of practice,and then let the students know ahead of time in social work environment,understand the social quality of the talent they need,to help students better to make the transition to the future employment,quickly adapt to the workplace.The paper conducted a questionnaire survey on the undergraduate interns of Chinese international education in Xinjiang University in 2019,Xin Jian Normal University in 2018 and Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics in 2018.Using literature research method,questionnaire method,through SPSS20 software questionnaire data statistical analysis,mainly from the basic information of Chinese international education undergraduate interns,personal internship choice and motivation,looking for internship process,practice specific situation,internship reflection and career advice six aspects of the internship status,influencing factors,so as to get a series of analysis results.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that the internships of interns in Chinese international education are mainly distributed in domestic universities,domestic Chinese teaching sites,Chinese training institutions,primary and secondary schools and other places,engaged in Chinese teaching practice and Chinese writing work respectively.The internship problem of Chinese international education in Xinjiang colleges and universities mainly focuses on the following aspects: First,the internship methods and internship objects are different;Second,many students entered the undergraduate Chinese international education major because of the adjustment,Insufficient recognition of the profession;Third,through the internship arranged by the Chinese language international education undergraduate major,Students find themselves in a lack of teaching practice;Fourth,in the social practice link,Students are not well urged by the school to cope with social practice,There is no real sense of the social practice;Fifth,because of their own lack of social practical ability,Students psychologically think that they should wait for the school to arrange an internship,Too ly much on the school arranging internships;Sixth,students do not realize what the internship means to the cultivation of their professional ability,Not enough attention to the internship.The school factors affecting the internship are internship strength,course proportion,practice guidance,practice training;social factors are professional visibility,internship attraction,small and uncontrollable emergencies;personal factors are professional quality,practical ability training and professional recognition.The paper focuses on the following three aspects: first,to propose school diversity,adjust training programs,attach importance to social practice links,to encourage the holidays,to guide students,to improve professional expertise,to actively participate in social practice,and to determine employment goals in advance. |
