The training method of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of OtherLanguage(MTCSOL) combines course study with internship.The School ofChinese as a Second Language(SCSL) of Sun Yat-Sen University formulated<The Entire Internship Program for Full-Time MTCSOL(Student Edition)> inorder to make the masters immerse to class and develop both of teachingand management ability practically from the entrance day.Some of themasters go abroad as Chinese volunteers,the rest take a domesticinternship.There are58%of2010session of the full-time graduatespractice in college,if we add to the gratuates who practice both in collegeand international school,the proportion reaches to67%.This articleanalizes the survey to the full-time gratuates of SCSL who are practicingor practiced in college and interviews intensively several gratuates who have a long-time internship in SCSL to look into the internship effectand then study whether the Entire Internship Program practical and thecurriculum scientific.It can be found that the Chinese knowledge,teachingskills and manmgement capability are the three aspects that the newteachers are short of.The coures which can help the new teachers to improvethe those skills should be more perfect.These is some defiency in theprogram and curriculum.Finally the article puts forward some solutionsfor the curriculum and the Entire Internship Program according to thesurvey for reference.
