Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the rural revitalization strategy,people from all walks of life have focused on the development of rural agriculture,which has played a certain role in promoting the development of agricultural e-commerce.However,from the development status of agricultural product sales,it can be seen that the standardization of agricultural product packaging is seriously insufficient,excessive or too simple packaging,and the material contradicts the green concept,resulting in the lack of competitiveness of agricultural products in the domestic and international markets,which has seriously hindered the export of agricultural products from villages to cities.,causing damage to the interests of agricultural practitioners.From the overall domestic point of view,agricultural e-commerce has shown strong vitality under the influence of the epidemic and the home economy,driving a large number of different types of agricultural products to be transferred online.The huge demand has spawned new packaging design requirements.At the same time,the development of emerging technologies represented by big data,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things has shown a good trend,and has shown deep integration with the design field.In the context of rural revitalization,this research explores the realization path of the coordinated development of new artificial intelligence technology and agricultural product packaging design.Using the interview method and case analysis method,we conducted an in-depth research on the design system of Alibaba’s technical team,Meituan’s takeaway technical team,Microsoft Research Institute,Peking University Institute of Advanced Information Technology,Baoxiaohe and other representative design tools serving business.It is clarified that the use of new technologies such as adversarial generative networks,convolutional neural networks,and sequence generation models to realize the intelligent design of agricultural product packaging,and the construction of artificial intelligence to empower agricultural product packaging from five aspects: learning ability,permanence,persistence,objectivity and efficiency.The theory of design,as well as the five-stage system framework model of input demand,demand analysis,sketch planning,optimized design and scheme evaluation,to enable the combination of agricultural product packaging design and artificial intelligence with theories and models,and improve the systematicness of agricultural product packaging design and efficiency.This topic has consulted a large number of literature on the issue of finding the carrier of technological empowerment and realizing the transformation of landing.It starts with the stakeholders in the supply chain of agricultural products and gradually analyzes them to obtain the stakeholders in the packaging and supply chain of agricultural products.It uses the field survey method to conduct in-depth research on the packaging and supply chain of agricultural products and the current situation of packaging application in Wenxian and Xingyang,and summarizes the reasons from the consciousness level,operating cost level and information channel level of grassroots producers and sellers.On the basis of case study and field research,the user group of new farmers is defined.The user demand is positioned by using the method of user travel map.The pain points of each stage of the user are analyzed,and the opportunity points and platform functions are positioned.Then,the platform attributes are further positioned,and the packaging and supply links of agricultural products are empowered by using the user direct manufacturing mode,the vertical platform mode,the closed information channel and the packaging design and purchase channel.The basic function and characteristic function of the platform are further clarified,and the functional architecture,operation logic and technical architecture of the platform are proposed.Finally,the theoretical research is applied to the design practice.With the mobile phone as the carrier,the interactive design method is used to make the prototype of the platform’s characteristic function and basic function,and the presentation and landing of the design are completed.It is expected to provide easy-to-use,fast and high-quality inclusive design services for agricultural products business entities,and build a value-added trading platform for agricultural products packaging that provides barrier-free information services for orders,design,production and logistics in the supply process of agricultural products,so as to help rural revitalization.
