| Cultural teaching is becoming more and more important in teaching Chinese as a foreign language(TCFL),and the academic community is also actively exploring the method of skillfully combining culture teaching with language teaching.The traditional courtesy name contains many language elements such as Chinese characters and vocabulary,and it is feasible to combine with TCFL,but it has not been incorporated into TCFL system.On the basis of sorting out the specific linguistic relationship between courtesy name and names,this paper takes the students in middle or high Chinese language level as the teaching object,and analyzes the curriculum scheme setting according to the requirements of the International Curriculum for Chinese Language Education(hereinafter referred to as the "Outline")and the Chinese Proficiency Grading Standard for International Chinese Language Education(hereinafter referred to as the "Standards").The paper is divided into five parts.As the first part,the introduction expounds the reason and research significance of the topic,summarizes the research on traditional courtesy name culture and name culture in TCFL,and puts forward the exploration space of the existing research.The second part,on the basis of exploring the origin,development,dissemination and similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign cultures of traditional courtesy name culture,briefly describes its social significance,hierarchical significance,communicative significance,taboo function and cultural function,summarizes the basic formats and analyzes specific types,and summarizes the content that meets the needs of TCFL.The necessity and feasibility of teaching are discussed in the third part.Based on the requirements of the Syllabus and the Standard,the paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey to understand the interest and motivation of Chinese learners and the problems related to the teaching of courtesy name culture.The fourth part combines the traditional courtesy name culture with the TCFL.Based on the summary of the teaching content mentioned above,the teaching design takes synonyms and antonyms in the courtesy name culture as examples,points out the existing problems according to the teaching practice,and puts forward the teaching reflection.The conclusion summarizes the research done in the paper and looks into the future research direction. |
