Study On The Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Service Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

According to the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the main contradiction in current Chinese society has been transformed into "the contradiction between people’s ever-increasing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development",and solving many problems existing in the supply of rural public cultural services is exactly an important link to solve this imbalance and inadequate.Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,rural public cultural services have made great achievements,which are mainly reflected in infrastructure construction,financial support,rich supply of public cultural service products,strengthening the publicity and utilization of local culture,and fostering local culture.At the same time,under higher requirements,there are still some problems in the supply of rural public cultural services,such as unclear theme positioning,supply and demand mismatch,single supply channel,imperfect evaluation system and so on.These problems,if not solved,will effectively restrict the further implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.This study uses empirical research method to conduct in-depth research on the existing problems of rural public cultural service supply under the background of rural revitalization in X County.X County has a profound cultural heritage,and its red cultural resources and historical cultural resources have been fully utilized in the past decade.After 2017,relying on the rural revitalization strategy,the supply level of public cultural services in X County has been significantly improved,and the utilization and publicity of various cultural resources have been continuously deepened.However,there are still inadequate and imperfect problems in the supply of public cultural services in X County.Through the investigation of X County,it is found that the problems mainly exist in the supply subject and object,supply mechanism,supply means and supply guarantee.Through the demand analysis of the subject and object,it is found that the main reasons for the above problems include the backward concept of the supply subject and object,the defects of the operation mechanism,the lack of management planning,and the lag of system construction.Therefore,this paper proposes that,in the context of rural revitalization,relevant problems should be solved from four aspects: constructing multi-subject supply to form overall synergy,improving operation mechanism to improve supply effectiveness,optimizing supply means to provide power for the supply process,and improving policies to provide strong guarantee for supply.It has a certain guiding role in solving common problems in the supply of rural public cultural services in other areas,and the solution of specific problems has a certain significance for the further implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
