As a famous Chinese female artist,Jiang Bibo’s classic print "Flying over the Luding Bridge" created in 1961 carries the memories of the revolutionary period for generations.However,from the end of the 1970 s to the 1980 s,Jiang Bibo,based on the research and study of folk woodblock New Year pictures such as Taohuawu,the investigation and reference of the ancient cultural treasures of the Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang,and then went to Yuanyang,Yunnan and other ethnic areas to sketch and collect styles.She has changed her creative style and formed a new personal style,especially when she went to the United States and Canada to study and exchange in1985-1987,studying the technique of "single print" and evoking personal nostalgic thoughts in a foreign country,Based on the combination of previous printmaking experience and single-piece printmaking techniques,a series of prints with oriental aesthetic characteristics have been created.Compared with the creations of other domestic printmakers in the same period,because of her rich experience and personal diligence,Jiang Bibo’s print creations during this period had strong personal touches in terms of technique,image,form and structure,etc.Unique appearance,high artistic value and great social repercussions at that time.Based on this,this paper takes the prints of the 1980 s,which can represent the core aspect of Jiang Bibo’s printmaking,as the research object,and takes the "female image" in her works as a research entry point,trying to pass the research on her works.Grasp and analyze the images of Chinese women in order to gain an in-depth understanding of her printmaking creation,hoping to inspire the current printmaking creation in my country.The specific research process of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part of the introduction briefly introduces the research background,research status,research methods and research significance of this paper.The second part summarizes Jiang Bibo’s academic and creative career based on Jiang Bibo’s biography and other memoir materials,and extracts the parts that are closely related to her printmaking creation to pave the way for subsequent analysis;the third part is based on the published " Jiang Bibo’s Works Selected(1985)and Oriental Soul·Jiang Bibo’s Works Collection(1992)take the "female image" as the main body of the prints,and analyze and summarize this part of the prints from occurrence to maturity according to the creation time and creation characteristics.The specific process;the fourth part further classifies the"female images" in Jiang Bibo’s prints according to the form of expression,and analyzes the source of the image and the origin of the creation,so as to achieve an accurate understanding and grasp;the fifth part summarizes,based on the above this paper analyzes and expounds the artistic value and practical significance of Jiang Bibo’s print creation. |
