In recent years,the psychological problems caused by depression,anxiety,interpersonal relationship and other troubles are prominent.One of the important reasons is that the mental development of some college students in college students is not mature,that is,there are problems in the mental development of college students.Mentalization refers to the ability to understand the mental state of the self and others.The early attachment relationship will affect the mental development ability in adulthood,and the psychological abuse and neglect in childhood are the main causes of non-secure attachment.Therefore,this study mainly explores the relationship between childhood psychological abuse and neglect and mentalization and the intermediary role of attachment style,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for college students’ mental health education practice.Methods: For 860 college students,Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale(CPANS),Reflective Function Questionnaire--54),T-test,chi-square test,mediation effect and so on.Results:(1)Among the 860 college students,The positive detection rate of psychological abuse was 26.16%,The positive detection rate of psychological neglect was 34.42%,The positive detection rate of psychological abuse and neglect was29.88%,In addition to the educational neglect,The five dimensions of scolding,intimidation,interference,emotional neglect,and physical neglect,and the two subscales,psychological abuse and psychological neglect,are all significantly different in gender,Males males than females,Emotional neglect,educational neglect,physical neglect and psychological neglect subscales differ significantly in the land of students,Rural college students are higher than urban college students;15.47% of college students are excessive mentalizing,6.16% of college students are mentalizing defects,29.53% of college students are highly mentalizing,48.84% were normal mentalizing,In addition,the difference in gender and gender was statistically significant(p <0.05),Male college students scored significantly higher on excessive mentalizing than female college students,The excessive mentalization score of rural college students is significantly lower than that of urban college students;50.81% of college students are secure attachment,21.51% were infatuated attachment,7.21%were to rejection attachment,20.47% were in fearful attachment.(2)Psychological abuse and neglect were significantly negatively associated with excessive mentalizing and attachment avoidance(r=-0.136,r=-0.372,p <0.05),and showed a significant positive correlation with mentalizing deficit and attachment anxiety(r=0.239,r=0.417,p <0.05).(3)Attachment avoidance plays a complete intermediary role between psychological abuse and neglect and excessive mentalization,with a mediation effect of-0.020 and-0.022,respectively,with a total effect of 95.24% and 64.71%,respectively;attachment avoidance is partially mediated between psychological abuse and neglect and mentalizing,0.011 and 0.013,and 33.33% and 44.83%,respectively.Attachment anxiety has a concealment effect in the relationship between psychological abuse and excessive mentalization,the absolute ratio between indirect effect and direct effect is 3.625,attachment anxiety is completely mediated between psychological neglect and excessive mentalization,-0.026,and the total mediation effect is 76.47%;attachment anxiety is partially mediated between psychological abuse and neglect and mentalization,which is 0.018 and 0.019 respectively,and54.55% and 65.52% respectively.Conclusion: 1)There are many childhood psychological abuse and neglect among college students in Xi’an.The scores of scolding,intimidation,interference,emotional neglect and physical neglect are significantly higher than those of female college students;psychological abuse and psychological neglect are also significantly higher than those of girls;emotional neglect,educational neglect,physical neglect and psychological neglect;rural college students are significantly higher than those of urban college students.2)In the attachment style,college students have the largest number of secure people,followed by infatuation and fear people,and the least number of rejection people.3)The score of male college students is significantly higher than that of female college students,and the score of rural college students is significantly lower than that of urban college students;the proportion of male and female students is high proportion;the proportion of urban college students is high in high mentality,and rural college students have a high proportion in mental defects and high mentality.4)Psychological abuse and neglect in childhood will improve the mentalization of college students through attachment avoidance and reduce their mentalization through attachment anxiety.Therefore,strengthening the high-quality parent-child relationship education in childhood to form a good safe attachment relationship is an important guarantee to promote the mental development and maturity of adolescents.
