The complex language ability of humans can help them express diverse or deep feelings and thoughts, but when words cannot accurately express or achieve certain goals,it is possible to use behavior as a more powerful means of communication or influence. In recent years,in hidden corners of the world, many teenagers are seeking help through non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI).Unable to cope in an adaptive way, they are resorting to a knife edge.Domestic and foreign studies have confirmed that childhood psychological neglect and abuse are related to NSSI.This study hopes to arouse social attention to the remote factors of adolescents’ NSSI by exploring their relationship.Based on the developmental psychopathological model, the paper explores the mechanism of loneliness, and hopes to reduce the dependence of adolescents on self-injury behavior by reducing their loneliness, and make them believe that the hand that once held the knife edge can also hold the beautiful flower.Taking Changsha high school students as the research object, this study investigated the childhood psychological abuse and neglect, loneliness and non-suicidal self-injury behavior, and explored the relationship among them, and tested the intervention effect of group counseling on loneliness.Specifically, this study consists of two studies: Study one, adopting the questionnaire method to investigate ordinary high school students in Changsha City, and a total of 686 valid questionnaires are collected to analyze the status of NSSI of adolescents, childhood psychological abuse and neglect, and loneliness, and also the relationship among them.Study Two,Based on the conclusions of study 1,20 students meeting the criteria were recruited with the consent of the school. The randomized controlled trial(RCTS)was used to investigate whether group counseling based on CBT and The Satir Model had a significant effect on the improvement of loneliness and NSSI among adolescents. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Childhood psychological abuse and neglect,loneliness,non-suicidal self-injury,were all positively correlated.Childhood psychological abuse and neglect and loneliness can positively predict NSSI.(2)Loneliness has a significant mediating effect on childhood psychological abuse and neglect and NSSI.(3)In the group psychological counseling intervention designed for loneliness, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the post-test scores of loneliness and NSSI,and only the experimental group had significant differences in the post-test scores of loneliness and NSSI,while the control group had no significant differences. It is known that group intervention can reduce the level of loneliness and effectively improve the occurrence of NSSI. |
