The Chinese nation has created a splendid historical civilization,among which the etiquette civilization,which has influenced the development of generations,has been shining and enduring throughout history.China is known as the "state of rites",in the historical process has already formed a complete etiquette system,its inheritance and highlight the traditional Chinese virtue.The ancients cloud: "The country will prosperous,Attach importance to teachers." The prosperity of a country is inseparable from the tradition of respecting teachers and teaching.Respecting teachers and valuing education has been the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation since ancient times,and the etiquette of respecting teachers,as an important part of the traditional etiquette system,is an important carrier for people to inherit the beautiful vision of respecting teachers and valuing education.In ancient China,the ritual of respecting teachers can be divided into various forms.One is the ritual of offering sacrifices to the saints and teachers,and the other is the ritual of respecting teachers.In ancient times,it existed in official schools,private schools,academies and other educational occasions,it has the universality of etiquette culture,but also has the particularity of respect for teachers.On the one hand,in the ancient times when the country was governed by rites,the etiquette of respecting teachers as the embodiment of the system carried the wind of advocating respecting teachers and valuing education,and the important task of shaping public morality.On the other hand,as the embodiment of educational content,the etiquette of respecting teachers carries the important task of inheriting the etiquette culture and transforming the people into the common people.No matter as an important part of the etiquette system or as an important part of the education system,it contains rich educational value.Under different backgrounds of different times,the education value of respect for teachers in ancient China has a variety of rich connotations,containing profound historical education value,artistic education value,ideological education value,full of knowledge,education and artistry.Digging deep into the education value of respect for teachers in ancient China is not only an important document to study the development of education history.It is importance to development of contemporary education.This paper is mainly divided into six topics to discuss,the first topic for the introduction.The second topic explores the origin and development of etiquette,respect for teachers and respect for teachers from the perspective of ancient history.The third topic is the third chapter,from the micro point of view detailed study of the ancient Chinese emperors respect teachers education value.The fourth topic is the fourth chapter,which analyzes the changes and development of the etiquette forms of respecting teachers in ancient Chinese schools,academies and Confucian temples from different perspectives,and explores its educational value on this basis.The fifth topic is the fifth chapter,which analyzes the value of the ancient Chinese folk etiquette education.The sixth topic is the sixth chapter,which comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of knowledge,education and artistry of the ancient Chinese teacher respect etiquette from a macro perspective,and puts forward the "creative" transformation and "innovative" development of the ancient Chinese teacher respect etiquette in the new era,so as to give full play to the educational value of the teacher respect etiquette.For example,the "opening ceremony" is inherited in basic education,the "teacher worship ceremony" is inherited in higher education,and the "Memorial ceremony" is carried out on important festivals at the social level.At the same time,in-depth research is conducted on how to innovate and develop the ancient Chinese teacher respect etiquette,such as promoting the integration of teacher respect etiquette with the current background,telling the teacher respect education story well,and enriching its content and form.Furthermore,the educational value of respecting teachers in ancient China is improved.On this basis,the final conclusion of this paper is formed.
