Changes In Wedding Ceremony Music Culture In Yanbei,Shanxi

The Yanbei region was the area north of Yanmen Pass in Shanxi Province,including the two prefecture-level cities of present-day Shuozhou and Datong.Yunzhou among the sixteen states of Yanyun refers to the present-day Yanbei region,which has a long history and has formed its own cultural characteristics after long-term changes,the most representative of which is the marriage culture,and the marriage culture can best express its characteristics is its musical form.Music connects the wedding ceremony at one important node after another.The wedding ceremony culture in Yanbei has been passed down to this day and is closely related to music.Taking the Zhangjia drum music class in Datong City as the field point,the author takes wedding ceremony music as the core of research,sorts out the changing context of wedding ceremony music culture in Yanbei,and looks for the intrinsic relationship between music and wedding ceremony culture,as well as the profound cultural connotation presented by advocacy music in the use of wedding ceremonies.The research results have important theoretical significance for comprehensively understanding the music culture of wedding ceremonies in Yanbei and improving the integrity of the research on wedding ceremonial music in Yanbei.The thesis includes the following aspects:The introduction of this paper includes the source of topic selection,research status,fieldwork and research methods,and research significance.The second chapter takes the Zhangjia Propaganda Music Class in Datong City as an important window,and sorts out the changes of wedding ceremony music culture in Yanbei through literature and interviews.Chapter 3 describes in detail the records of wedding ceremonies in rural and urban areas of Yanbei.Chapter 4 analyzes the musical instruments,performance forms,and repertoire in the wedding ceremony from the ontology of the music of the wedding ceremony.Chapter 5 analyzes the social function of music for wedding ceremonies.The author believes that ritual music not only plays a role in rendering the atmosphere and entertainment,it serves the whole of the wedding ceremony,as an important node in the wedding ceremony,connecting the whole wedding in order.
