Hugo Wolf is one of the representative composers of the late Romanticism,emphasize the creation of German and Austrian art songs.In the 1980 s,the genre of art songs was at a high stage of development,and it was also the beginning of the peak period of Wolf’s creation.Wolf’s artistic song creation is characterized by the high combination of poetry and music.He attaches great importance to the role of poetry and tries to reveal the inner world of the characters in poetry,so that his music is consistent with the meaning of poetry.At the same time,he often uses the works of famous writers and poets to compose music,such as Goethe,Morike,Heine,etc.This paper selects the "Harfenspieler" divertimento in Wolf’s "Goethe’s Works" as the research object,analyzes and explores the relationship and interpretation of the "Harfenspieler" divertimento poetry and music,aiming to understand the characters of the poem,summarize the characteristics of the poetic and musical relationship of the "Harfenspieler" divertimento,further understand and interpret the work,and explore the vocal interpretation of the "Harfenspieler" divertimento.This thesis has four chapters,which can be divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction;The second part is the second and third chapters.The second chapter mainly summarizes Wolf’s artistic career and his creative characteristics and ideas.The third chapter explores the relationship between poetry and music in the "Harfenspieler" suite from the perspective of vocal melody and piano voice;The third part is the fourth chapter,which further explores the interpretation of the divertimento from the analysis of the relationship between poetry and music of The Harpist and the practice of vocal singing. |
