A Study On Historical Stories In Dunhuang Bianwen

Dunhuang Variant writings were produced along with Buddhist lecturing activities,which is a kind of literary works with the nature of performance.In order to attract the audience’s attention,the speaker not only performs the Buddhist sutra story,but also lays out the historical story.Among them,the historical stories are written with a variety of objects.In terms of language and style,they do not mean to write essays,but have certain paradigms.In the past,researchers focused on sorting out the historical changes of Dunhuang historical stories,or simply studied the style and narrative characteristics.It neglects the specific adaptation of the characters,plots and dialogues,and the background of the stories in the Dunhuang variants,and does not systematically discuss the internal and external factors of the changes.For example,it makes a comprehensive study of the reasons for the changes of the stories in the Dunhuang variants from the perspectives of writing,communication,comparison,region,and literary changes.Therefore,this paper is mainly divided into four chapters:Chapter One: The main historical stories of the theme of the source of the overview and classification of their content in Dunhuang variants.Chapter two: mainly discusses the content changes of historical stories in Dunhuang variants,and explores the narrative mode of "writing from the present to the past" in Dunhuang variants from three aspects: character shaping,story plot and theme setting.Chapter three: To explore the reasons for the changes of historical stories in Dunhuang variations,starting from the inscriptions,transcribes and contents of the Dunhuang variations,to explore the characteristics of historical stories in the compilation,creation,dissemination and application of Dunhuang variations,so as to explore the reasons for the changes of historical stories in Dunhuang variations.The fourth chapter: to study the history of the story in the dunhuang bianwen writing significance and the influence of the tang dynasty from the history story rheological can understand dunhuang people’s right and wrong ideas,history and dunhuang social life in tang dynasty,and by bianwen in depicting the history story writing,explored its composed by mixed concept of literary creation.
