A Study On Coupling Coordination Between Supply And Demand Of Public Cultural Services In Chengdu

The coordinated development of supply and demand of public cultural services is the only way and an important means to promote the sustainable development of public cultural services.Therefore,studying the interactive relationship between the two and clarifying their development trend and law of action will greatly facilitate the balanced and matched development of the two,realize the precise supply of public cultural services oriented by public demand,and promote the modernization of national governance capabilities in the cultural field.However,the current research on the interaction between the supply and demand of public cultural services is still relatively shallow,especially the lack of relevant empirical analysis,and few scholars in the field of public cultural services explore the interaction between the two from the perspective of coupling;In view of the increasing demands of the public for individualized and diversified spiritual and cultural services,the supply of public cultural services has not yet met the demands,and the contradiction between supply and demand is still quite acute.In view of this,this paper selects the relevant data on the supply and demand of public cultural services from 2008 to 2019,fully discusses the coupling relationship between the supply and demand of public cultural services in Chengdu and the coordinated development,finds the problem of imbalance between the supply and demand of public cultural services,and puts forward policy suggestions in order to provide research reference and policy inspiration for the government to effectively provide public cultural services.Based on the new public service theory,supply and demand balance theory,and system coupling theory,this paper discusses the coupling relationship between supply and demand of public cultural services,and reveals the interaction between the two.The index system of the service supply system and the demand system uses the comprehensive evaluation model to measure the development level and trend of the two systems;in order to deeply explore the coupling relationship and function law of public cultural service supply and demand,the gray correlation analysis model,coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model are used.,comprehensively evaluates the coordinated development of public cultural service supply and demand in Chengdu from 2008 to 2019,and discusses the synergistic effect of public cultural service supply and demand development in Chengdu based on the results of empirical analysis,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of supply and demand.The research found that: from 2008 to 2019,the comprehensive level of supply and demand of public cultural services in Chengdu experienced obvious fluctuations and gradually showed a steady upward trend;the coupling relationship between the supply system and the demand system basically remained at a high level of coupling.There is a close interactive relationship between them,but the level of coupling and coordination is not high,and it is still in the initial stage of coordinated development;the current development of the supply system lags behind the demand system,and the two have not achieved true balanced and coordinated development.In the future,it is still necessary to strengthen the leading role of the government,focus on the overall layout and planning of public cultural services,and make efforts to drive supply and demand at the same time.In other aspects,it will better promote the coordinated development of the supply and demand of public cultural services in Chengdu.
