Study On Tibetan Proclamation In Qing Dynasty

The stable governance of a regime is closely related to the smooth dissemination of its information.Information dissemination and regime governance are integrated on both sides.Where information goes,within the reach of the monarchy,how quickly and how far it spreads,to a certain extent,determines how closely and widely a regime governs its territory.As one of the largest dynasties in Chinese history,the Qing Dynasty quickly and conveniently delivered government orders and ruling intentions from the central government to the end of its territory,and widely disseminated them,which was the key to maintaining its normal rule.As an official media in ancient times,the Proclamation actually assumed the role of maintaining governance.It was widely used in Tibet and played a positive role in border governance.Its content also reflected the thoughts of the official ruling class on social governance and the actual style of society at that time.Studying the dissemination of the Tibet Proclamation in the Qing Dynasty is of great significance for us to understand the governance of Tibet during the Qing Dynasty."Tibetan Proclamations in the Qing Dynasty are widely recorded or included in various Tibetan related documents,archives,historical books,and historical materials.Through the collection and collation of these Proclamations,this article combs the types and structures of Tibetan Proclamations in the Qing Dynasty,analyzes their dissemination characteristics,release methods,and social functions,with a view to clearly analyzing the appearance and characteristics of the notice as a media in Tibet in the Qing Dynasty.",Thereby further enhancing our understanding and understanding of the history of Tibetan journalism and communication.The research ideas and framework of this paper mainly revolve around the following three aspects:The first part is an introduction,mainly introducing the background,significance,research content,and methods of the topic,as well as combing the existing research results.The second chapter discusses the basic situation of Tibetan notices in the Qing Dynasty,mainly including the types and structures of Tibetan notices.Chapter 2 focuses on the issuance and dissemination process of Tibetan notices,including the drafting of notices,the transmission path and space of notices,and the archiving and posting management of notices.The third chapter specifically analyzes the dissemination characteristics of Tibetan notices in the Qing Dynasty.The fourth chapter conducts an in-depth analysis of the content of Tibet’s Proclamations in the Qing Dynasty.The contents of Tibet’s notices cover various aspects such as people’s livelihood,public security,and government affairs.Through analysis of these contents,it can restore the true social style of the time to a certain extent.At the same time,the amount of information it carries is not available in some official history or local historical records,which can supplement and reach the official history.The fifth chapter analyzes the functional role of Tibetan notices in border governance in the Qing Dynasty,including the construction of religious and ideological discourse,the maintenance of social order,and the functions of Proclamations in linking and connecting the central government of the Qing Dynasty with local Tibet.The third part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research results of the entire paper.
