Since the birth of human society, people have been pursuing the ideal of fairness and justice, exploring the true meaning of fairness and justice. As one of the important dimensions of equity and justice, gender justice has been widely concerned by western academic circles since the mid-19 th century.Nancy Fraser,as an important representative of the third generation of American social critical theory and neo-Marxist feminism, paid close attention to some gender injustice phenomena in the society under the capitalist system, and on the basis of absorbing the views of other scholars of the Frankfurt School and left-wing thinkers,Taking participation equality as the norm, the author establishes the unitary three-dimensional thought of gender justice, including "redistribution","recognition" and "representation".Through historical review and comparison, the author highlights the possible prospect of women achieving equality and justice through three-dimensional justice.Fraser’s thought of gender justice has always focused on the new situation and new problems in the western capitalist society from its emergence to its formation, and Fraser has conducted extensive debates with other scholars, striving to construct a gender justice thought with great realistic concerns in the context of globalization,to help solve the new problems and contradictions in the process of globalization. At the same time, she inherits Marxist political and economic critical paradigm and develops contemporary feminist thoughts on gender justice to a certain extent, and realizes the ethical turn of social critical paradigm in criticizing and inheriting the public space theory of Frankfurt School. In the process of revealing the phenomena of gender injustice,Fraser regards gender as a bivalent collective.By explaining the seven principles of gender equity,he points out the root causes of many injustice phenomena and puts forward many suggestions to change the gender injustice in the capitalist society. Finally, through his research on the correction of gender injustice,he describes to us a future conception of the universal caregiver model based on the blueprint of the thought of gender justice. On the basis of analyzing and absorbing different opinions,Fraser formed an ideological framework of gender justice based on the principle of equality of participation to ensure the realization of diverse differences in redistribution, recognition and representation. In terms of the breadth and content of criticism, this thought is of great theoretical and practical significance to better safeguard fairness and justice and protect a better life in the new era,to explore the Chinese-style modernization road different from the West and to commit to the realization of China’s modernization, and to effectively build a harmonious society with gender justice in the new era and a new starting point. The development of Chinese women’s cause of justice and the construction of the cause of justice in contemporary China provide certain inspiration.
