| Air Navigation Service(ANS)Management Manual is formulated to meet the needs of Civil Aviation Administration of China and its supervisors in implementing air navigation service management and supervision,with the purpose of making air navigation service(ANS)supervision and management more systematic.Therefore,this text owns characteristics of civil aviation text and legal text.As CAAC is supposed to be audited by ICAO in 2023-2024,this manual needs to be translated into English.The translator participated in the translation of the third,fifth and sixth chapters,with a total number of 16183 in Chinese characters.Based on the translation practice,this translation report describes and records the translation tasks and process,and finally analyzes the translation difficulties and characteristics in the process.On this basis,combining the experience of the process as pre-translation,while-translation and post-translation,the translator analyzes them in accordance with relevant translation theories.This report makes case analysis,so as to put forward the corresponding solutions and appropriate translation strategies.This report is divided into five parts: task introduction,translation process,theoretical basis,case study and conclusion.This report introduces the translation process and guides the translation practice from Reiss’ s text theory.The translator also discusses the guidance and application of translation theory and proposes some translation strategies and skills to solve the accuracy reproduction of civil aviation legal texts translation through case analysis. |
