Research On The Influence Of Information Infrastructure Construction On The Efficiency Of Cultural Industry

At present,China vigorously advocates the development of network and digitization.With the help of information infrastructure construction,the efficiency of cultural industry has been effectively improved,but there are still some problems,such as unreasonable layout or utilization,unbalanced regional development,etc.Therefore,how to use new information infrastructure construction to improve the efficiency of cultural industry has become an urgent topic in this field.Based on the “China Statistical Yearbook”,“China Fixed Asset Investment Statistical Yearbook” and “China Culture and Related Industries Statistical Yearbook” database,this study use the entropy weight method and DEA-Malmquist index method to measure information infrastructure level and cultural industry efficiency respectively.The results indicate that the average level of information infrastructure in China presents a continuous upward trend from 2015 to 2020.The eastern region has the highest level of information infrastructure,and the western has the most obvious increase in information infrastructure score.The efficiency of cultural industry shows a trend of rising first and continuing to decline,then rising,and finally showing a slightly decline.The grey correlation model is used to analyze the correlation between information infrastructure construction and cultural industry efficiency.The results show that the construction of information infrastructure has a significant positive effect on the efficiency of cultural industry.In different regions,the contribution of information infrastructure construction to the growth rate of cultural industry efficiency is different,especially in Northeast China,the positive promotion is the most obvious.The same information infrastructure construction index has different influence on the efficiency of cultural industry in different regions.In order to better improve the efficiency of cultural industry,it is necessary to improve the construction strategy of information infrastructure according to local conditions,accelerate the construction of information infrastructure in remote areas,encourage the deep integration of information infrastructure and cultural industry,and improve the innovation level of cultural industry through the construction of information infrastructure.
