Application Study Of Game Teaching Method In Online Chinese Teaching For Chinese Children

Under the continuous influence of COVID-19 and the great development of Internet education,online Chinese language teaching has become the main classroom and a new model of international Chinese language education and teaching.Among tens of millions of overseas Chinese learners,Chinese children account for a large proportion,and more and more Chinese families choose online Chinese teaching as the main way for their children to learn Chinese.Overseas Chinese children,as a group of Chinese learners,have their own unique age characteristics,living environment and cultural background.How to conduct interesting,legal and effective online Chinese teaching is worth making great efforts for detailed and in-depth exploration.This thesis aims to explore how to better apply the game teaching method to online Chinese teaching for overseas Chinese children.Game teaching method is an effective teaching method that has been widely used in offline Chinese classroom.Especially for younger students,game teaching method can effectively attract students’ attention,activate the classroom atmosphere,increase students’ Chinese output and improve students’ interest in Chinese learning.However,due to the limitations of online one-to-one teaching,many offline classroom games cannot be copied to online.How to use the teaching AIDS and PPT courseware in the online teaching platform to design some games suitable for online teaching to attract students’ attention and improve the teaching effect is an urgent problem to be solved in the online Chinese teaching for overseas Chinese children.Under the guidance of game teaching theory and cognitive development theory,this thesis adopts research methods such as literature research,classroom observation,questionnaire survey and case analysis to explore the feasibility and necessity of game teaching method in online Chinese teaching for Chinese children of Chinese origin.Combined with the actual teaching cases during Wukong’s Chinese practice,the game teaching method is specifically applied in the teaching contents of Chinese characters,vocabulary,sentences,short passages,culture,etc.,the ideas of how to use the game teaching method in different teaching contents are provided,and the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching method are discussed according to the actual teaching effect,and suggestions are put forward for the teaching and research group teachers and teaching group teachers of online Chinese teaching platform.Explore the effective application mode of game teaching method in online Chinese teaching for Chinese children,in order to better improve the quality of online Chinese teaching for Chinese children,and provide more effective online teaching methods for Chinese teachers for reference.
