The Circle Expansion Of Mainstream Culture From The Perspective Of Post-Subculture

The rapid development of Internet and media technology has reconstructed the network environment and social ecology.The increase of social platforms and other media channels has greatly enhanced the voice of young people,and young people can express and release themselves on social media.The subculture with the youth group as the main force is no longer limited to the traditional subculture circle.Different from the past attitude of resistance,it chooses to interact with the mainstream culture circle more and more frequently.However,it is difficult for the mainstream culture to integrate the youth subculture as in the past.In the process of grabbing the development position and constructing the ideology,the mainstream culture begins to learn from the style of the subculture to expand its own inherent circle and draw closer to the youth subculture.Therefore,studying how to expand the circle of mainstream culture plays an important role in consolidating the leading role of mainstream ideology,helping the healthy growth of youth groups,and building a clear cyberspace.However,in the face of the new interaction between mainstream culture and youth subculture,the Birmingham School’s traditional subculture theory has been difficult to explain,so it is quite necessary to introduce the perspective of post-subculture in the research of the circle expansion of mainstream culture.Therefore,from the perspective of post-subculture,this paper analyzes the specific process of circle expansion by "Luo Xiang Theory of Criminal Law",a "new opinion leader" representing the mainstream culture,in order to explore the communication power of circle expansion of the mainstream culture,discover the challenges facing the mainstream culture and youth subculture at present,and then get enlightenment to help the development of mainstream culture.By analyzing the transition from youth subculture to post-subculture,this paper first understands the motivation of contemporary youth groups to turn in social environment,living space and identity,and presents a turning trend of "interest" convergence,empathy integration and digital production,so as to sort out the theoretical background of the circle expansion of mainstream culture.Then,taking "Luo Xiang Shuo Criminal Law" of Station B as an example,this paper uses theories such as "opinion leader" and "text poaching" and research methods such as participatory observation,text analysis and in-depth interview to deeply study the whole process of mainstream culture in subcultural communities from "entering the circle",to "melting the circle" and finally to "expanding the circle".From the perspective of post-subculture,as the mainstream culture,"Luo Xiang Theory of Criminal Law" has successfully entered the circle with its realistic content topic selection,humorous discourse expression and typical and unique narrative style,becoming the new opinion leader of the subculture circle in the Internet era.Then,through secondary creation and barrage comments with the youth subculture,cultural dialogue in digital space is carried out to complete the circle integration between the two.After the mainstream culture underwent style reconstruction,it completed the final circle expansion through linkage production and diffusion.Then,starting from the three communication elements of transmitter,receiver and media,the paper analyzes the communication power of the circle expansion of mainstream culture from multiple perspectives.By grabbing development positions and building ideology,the expansion needs of mainstream culture are studied,and the development needs of youth subculture are explored from the perspective of promoting cultural development and seeking identity.Then,the bonding role of media in different circles is discussed from the perspective of the formation of subcultural capital and the alleviation of the contradictions among circles,so as to clarify the complex mechanism between mainstream cultural circles and subcultural circles and the link between them.Finally,it is found that there may be challenges in various aspects during the circle expansion of mainstream culture.We need to be wary of excessive entertainment,which leads to the deviation of mainstream cultural values.Prevent subcultural styles from dissipating,leading to the erosion of cultural diversity.Therefore,if the mainstream culture wants to achieve the expected communication effect in the process of circle expansion,it is necessary to cultivate new opinion leaders actively to speak for the mainstream culture.Innovate the way of expression and increase the diversity of content;Explore new fields of interaction and create new scenes of communication,so that the mainstream culture can carry out healthy circle expansion and achieve good communication effect.
