| Professional identity refers to the emotion that learners recognize or accept their major.Such emotional attitude accompanies the whole process of learning their major,and can affect their positive degree of major and academic achievement.Professional identity presents periodic and continuous dynamic changes.This paper mainly studies the degree of professional identity of undergraduate students majoring in teaching Chinese to International students,and makes an in-depth study of the current situation of learners’ professional identity and related influencing factors..This paper is divided into six parts.In the introduction part,the purpose and significance of the topic are expounded,the relevant concepts such as professional identity are reviewed,and the ideas and methods of the research are expounded.In the second chapter,a suitable questionnaire is designed and its reliability and validity are tested.Chapter 3,Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 use SPSS27 to analyze the status quo,individual characteristics and influencing factors of students’ professional identity.Chapter six analyzes the data results and puts forward relevant suggestions according to the research conclusions.It is found through the research that the undergraduate students majoring in International Chinese education in Hainan Normal University are in the middle degree of major identity.At the same time,grade,voluntary choice of major,communication with foreigners or teaching experience,teaching conditions,achievement,professional prospect,professional attitude and personality have different influence on the degree of professional identity.Gender,age and overseas experience have no different influence on the degree of professional identity.Professional identity is closely related to teachers,important people,society,school,professional employment,individuals and psychological resilience.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the degree of professional recognition from three aspects: students,colleges and society.Students should understand the major field,avoid blind decision-making,improve professional ability,improve professional quality,reasonable planning of life,maintain a positive attitude;Schools should increase opportunities for professional practice,cultivate professional talents,strengthen discipline construction and teacher allocation,optimize curriculum Settings,take students’ needs as guidance,and improve training programs.With the help of relevant media platforms,the society can positively publicize and expand professional influence,strengthen social support,broaden professional employment development channels,increase policy and fund tilt,and encourage professionals to "go global". |
