| Wang Kaiyun of the late Qing Dynasty and the Early Republic of China was a famous Confucian scholar,educator,writer,historian and calligrapher with rich experience as an adviser.New text and text analysis methods were adopted to analyze Wang Kaiyun’s life experiences and circle of friends starting from the background of Wang Kaiyun’s life,explore the influence of friends to Wang Kaiyun’s calligraphy and analyze various strategies Wang Kaiyun adopted when facing a large number of entertainment works.Kaiyun’s works in Hunan Province Museum are used as reference to summarize the changing characteristics and reasons of Wang Kaiyun’s calligraphy style in different times,outline the whole picture of Wang Kaiyun’s calligraphy art style and highlight its features.Into the text of Xiang Qilou Diary,it summed up Wang Kaiyun’s calligraphic ideas that Kaiyun would not change things and not benefit people,reject paths and have no two Kings,have a clear commitment,study hard and self-discipline,and it elaborated Wang Kaiyun’s influence on disciples in his teaching career.It combined Wang Kaiyun’s calligraphic thoughts into its own calligraphic practice.It points out the direction for my future calligraphy study. |
