| Cultural centers are the key functional departments of the national public cultural service system,The service resources of digital cultural centers are the important service products for cultural centers to provide public cultural services in the era of digital network.The 5G era has continuously empowered the development of digital cultural centers with technology and media,Grassroots public cultural life has entered the "online" era by taking advantage of this situation.Gradually,the public also requires to participate in the content production of digital service resources of cultural centers,but in practice,the supply process of digital service resources of cultural centers ignores the demand of public participation,which frustrates the public’s willingness to participate to some extent.How to motivate the public to absorb them into the construction process of digital culture center service resources,so that they become the creative subject and active participants of digital service resources provides a research opportunity for this paper.Along with economic globalization and the spread of the Internet,the raise pattern obtained rapid development,From the perspective of public cultural management,this paper innovates the supply form of digital cultural center service resources with the mode of crowd-funding and crowd-innovation,and opens up a new perspective to study the influencing factors of the public’s willingness to participate,which provides research ideas for this paper.The academic question expected to be answered by this study is "from what aspects can digital cultural centers improve the public’s willingness to actively participate in the digital service resources crowdfunding and crowdcreation".First of all,this paper defines the concept of crowd-funding and crowd-innovation,and sorts out the relevant studies on digital service resources,public participation behavior,and user participation motivation of virtual communities.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of supply and demand of digital cultural center service resources through participatory observation and questionnaire survey,summarizes the problems and dilemmas existing in the contradiction between supply and demand,and demonstrates the importance of motivating the public to participate in the creation of digital service resources.Then,the theoretical origin of the influencing factors of the public’s willingness to participate in crowd-funding and crowd-innovation behavior is explained and analyzed,and the source of the influencing factors is clarified.In addition,through the comparison and reference of the content production forms of Zhihu platform,crowd-funding and crowd-innovation are introduced into the construction of digital service resources,so as to build the underlying operating framework for the public to participate in the crowd-funding and crowd-innovation of digital cultural center service resources.Then,based on the above theoretical analysis and practical investigation,this study puts forward a research model on the influencing factors of publics willingness to participate in crowd-funding and crowd-innovation of digital cultural center service resources.Based on this model,this paper explores the influence mechanism of eight influencing factors,namely perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived interest,performance expectation,trust,social influence,project factor and perceived risk,on the behavioral intention of the public to participate in crowd-funding and crowd-innovation for digital cultural center service resources.According to the characteristics of variables and measurement dimensions,the above eight influencing factors are refined and integrated into four types: individual factor,project factor,platform factor and perceived risk.The results show that individual factors,project factors and platform factors are positively affecting the public’s willingness to participate in the digital cultural center service resources crowd-funding and crowd-innovation behavior.Perceived risk negatively affects the public’s willingness to participate in crowd-funding and crowdinnovation behavior of digital cultural center service resources,all eight research hypotheses were verified.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,this article suggested that should strengthen copyright protection,strengthen the incentives for sustainability and attach importance to formulation and improvement of relevant policies and norms,pay attention to platform upgrading,these four aspects can improve the positive impact of the public’s willingness to participate in the digital cultural center service resources crowdfunding and crowdinnovation behavior from the perspectives of personal factors,project factors,platform factors and perceived risk factors. |
