Research On Rural Cultural Construction In Y Village,Zhangjiagang City

Document No.1 of the Central Committee in 2023 pointed out that "to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way,the most arduous and onerous task is still in the countryside",and to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,rural cultural construction is crucial.As a kind of soft power,culture is not only the root and soul of a nation,but also has the function of education and guidance.Historically,as a large agricultural country,China has nurtured a number of rich and unique rural cultures.Since the reform and opening up,due to the rapid development of urban-rural integration,rural culture has also been affected to a certain extent.In the face of the current dilemma of rural culture construction,we should fully understand the value and practical significance of rural culture,comprehensively attach importance to and strengthen rural cultural construction,and let rural culture better contribute to rural revitalization.This study takes the rural cultural construction of Y village in Zhangjiagang City as the research object,and on the basis of the field visit and investigation of Y village,comprehensively uses Marxist cultural theory,cultural productivity theory and collaborative governance theory to analyze and discuss the cultural construction of Y village,and takes the case study method as the main research method,combined with the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to explore the innovative development ideas of cultural construction in Y village.This paper first describes the meaning of culture and rural culture,the main contents of rural culture construction and related theoretical foundations,and then introduces the basic situation of Y village and its cultural foundation and resources.Through on-site visits,the current cultural construction measures of Y village were collected and sorted out,and the results of cultural construction in Y village were summarized and analyzed from the aspects of ideological and moral construction,excavation and promotion of excellent traditional culture,public culture construction,and the development of activities to change customs and customs.Further research finds that there are insufficient guidance of party building,lack of inheritance and innovation of traditional culture,neglect of management of public cultural facilities,lack of public cultural services,and shortage of cultural talents in the cultural construction of Y village.At the same time,in view of the above deficiencies and their causes,combined with the local geographical and cultural characteristics of Y village,relevant countermeasures for improving the cultural construction of Y Village are proposed:adhere to the correct direction of rural ideological and moral construction,build characteristic traditional cultural industries,build a "three-in-one" guarantee mechanism,improve the grassroots cultural team with "three forces",and strengthen the training and introduction of cultural talents.
