Ethical Research On Telecom Network Fraud In The Era Of "Internet +"

With the improvement of China’s scientific and technological level and the rapid development of the network,the era of "Internet +" has arrived.In the "Internet+" era,although various industries have been further developed,at the same time,the telecom network fraud caused by the abuse of network information technology and big data is threatening people’s property security and the establishment of good network order.Nowadays,the frequent occurrence of telecommunications network fraud in China not only seriously encroaches on the property safety of the general public,but also causes a series of ethical issues.In order to effectively curb the current high incidence of telecommunications network fraud in China,protect the property safety of the general public,and create a green,healthy,civilized and harmonious network environment,this paper starts from the perspective of ethics,on the basis of defining the connotation of telecom network fraud in the era of "Internet +",takes a university in Yunnan as an example,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of college students encountering telecom network fraud and the combing of typical cases of telecom network fraud in recent years,comprehensively and systematically grasps the current situation of telecom network fraud in the "Internet +" era.This paper summarizes a series of harms caused by rampant telecommunications network fraud in today’s society,such as infringing on people’s property security,endangering individuals and their families,affecting social harmony and stability,and a series of ethical issues such as the issue of network information freedom and information security,social integrity crisis,and network ecological ethics crisis caused by telecommunications network fraud.And from the four angles of network,society,network subject and theory,it deeply analyzes the reasons for the high incidence of telecom network fraud in the "Internet+" era.Finally,this paper puts forward ethical strategies to deal with the current telecom network fraud problem from multiple perspectives,so as to build a solid network security defense line and build a harmonious network society.
