Research purposes: In the training of sports dance candidates,the lack of scientific training methods is the most prominent problem,which has seriously affected the improvement of the technical level of sports dance candidates.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the ability of sports dance candidates to control their body attitude control,so as to lay the foundation for improving the technical level.Pilates gadget training is aimed at improving the balance and stability of the body through increasing the difficulty of movement,which has a good effect on improving the attitude control ability of the body Research purposes: Therefore,increasing the training methods of physical attitude control ability of sports dance art candidates will provide greater room for the technical level of sports dance art candidates to rise.Research methods: This research mainly adopted the methods of literature review,expert interview,experimental intervention mathematical statistics and expert investigation method.Taking the influence of Pilates gadget training on the ability of physical attitude control of sports dance art candidates as the research object,40 sports dance art candidates from Shandong Mia Art School were selected to participate in the public welfare Pilates gadget training course,and the training program was carried out for 16 weeks,three times a week.Each 60 minute’s Pilates gadget training intervention.After the training intervention,the data of general body attitude control ability and special body attitude control ability measured before and after the experimental group and the control group were collated and compared using Excel tables and SPSS22.0statistical software.Research results:(1)After the experiment,there were significant differences(P<0.001)in the scores of the eight level bridge and five level side bridge tests in the experimental group,and the improvement in the scores of the eight level bridge and five level side bridge tests in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.(2)After the experiment,there were significant differences in the scores of the "Tshaped run" and "W-shaped run" tests in the experimental group to varying degrees(P<0.001).The improvement in the scores of the "T-shaped run" and "W-shaped run" tests in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.(3)The experimental group showed significant differences in their performance in posture control,dance posture control,body rotation control,and body line and extension control after the experiment(P<0.001).The improvement in posture control,dance posture control,body rotation control,and body line and extension control in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.(4)After the experiment,the experimental group had significant differences in the performance of general body attitude control ability and special body attitude control ability.After the experiment,the general body attitude control ability and special body attitude control ability of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group.Research results:(1)After 16 weeks of experimental intervention training,both Pilates small instrument training and basic physical fitness training can help improve the ability of sports dance candidates to control the general body attitude control when they are relatively still.Among them,the training effect of the experimental group of Pilates small instrument intervention training has a very significant difference,and the training effect of the control group of basic physical fitness training has a significant difference,It shows that the experimental group of Pilates small instrument intervention training is better than the control group of basic physical fitness training in the improvement of general body attitude control ability in relative static.(2)After 16 weeks of experimental intervention training,both Pilates small instrument training and basic physical fitness training can help improve the general body attitude control ability of sports dance art candidates to shift the center of gravity.Among them,the training effect of the experimental group of Pilates small instrument intervention training has a very significant difference,while the training effect of the control group of basic physical fitness training has no significant difference,It shows that Pilates small instrument intervention training plays a promoting role in improving the general body attitude control ability of gravity shift.(3)After 16 weeks of experimental intervention training,both Pilates small instrument training and basic physical fitness training can help improve the ability of sports dance candidates to control their specific body attitude control.Among them,the training effect of the experimental group of Pilates small instrument intervention training has a significant difference and very significant difference,while the training effect of the control group of basic physical fitness training has no significant difference,It shows that Pilates small instrument intervention training plays a promoting role in improving the ability of special body attitude control.(4)After 16 weeks of experimental intervention training,from the overall change of the physical attitude control ability of the sports dance art candidates,the assistance of Pilates small instruments can make the training more targeted.Both the general body attitude control ability and the special body attitude control ability have significantly improved the physical attitude control ability of the sports dance art candidates in the experimental group in this study.
